We enjoyed this self guided cycling trip from Prague to Vienna. Accommodation was fantastic, the bikes great and the terrain a mix of forest, cycle paths and quiet country roads. At the end of each day we had UNESCO listed towns to explore. All the details were taken care of. Thank you!
Grand European tour with as our amazing Tour Director and as our awesome driver was a magical experience. The tour optional experience extras were fabulous and well worth including in the tour. The tour is fast paced, informative and lots of fun. It certainly highlights all the best parts of Europe in a safe and comfortable environment.
Our guide Mr Mehmet Emin Konuk was very patient, well read and helpful. He explained all the places in detail mentioned in the itinerary. He is just amazing with his knowledge of Turkey.
Coming to the hotel that were given, we were not provided with complimentary water in a few hotels, bathrooms did not have place to keep our toiletries so we had to keep our stuff on the floor.
Optional tours were given preference over main itinerary. People spending on optional tours were given pick up n drop to the hotel with lunch and others who didn’t opt for it were left stranded in the middle to find their way back to the hotel early in the morning. In the end, all the optional tour ended up doubling the total amount spent on the trip.
A suggestion would be to either include the optional tour in the main itinerary or arrange for drop in the evening for people who don’t want the optional tour however the pick and drop should be at the end of the optional tour so that we may go to the hotel in the tour bus and not spend extra money.

Fabulous trip, if too rushed at the beginning. If we could set off on day 1 from Inverness earlier in the day it would be preferable. Days were a bit rushed, too, leaving hardly any time to explore/do anything in Kirkwall, since they rool up tge sidewalk at 4:30 or 5pm. Marco did great job of altering itinerary to accommodate those who wanted time in town. An additional day, however unwieldy for the tour operator, could easily solve it. On last day, the later departure from Kirkwall helped too. The walks and Neolithic sites were great, made incredible by the fantastic sunny weather we were lucky enough to have. The guides providing dinner reservations for the group was helpful too, as the place seemed quite busy.
