What needs to be fixed , the clients who disrespect others who turn up on time . Rudeness to our tour guides . Had it happen on Raid tour , a group of 5 Indians were always later , so rude to Raid . To the point where 6 of us all said something to them . You need to make it very clear on them booking , they have to be on time . Otherwise it disadvantages then other visitors/clients . Dont like to see tour leaders having clients being rude to them . Its so disrespectful . All of thr tour leaders were highly professional.
Overall I am very happy with my tour , 5 stars.

This is a classic ride linking two historic cities. Your journey starts in Vienna, which requires little introduction, with its abundance of famous sites, entertainment and culture. Its very good in all arrangements, punctuality, room accommodation, the guides etc. Very professional.
Area of improvement: it will be appreciated if the trips are planned so that the stops in the city is close to facilities for senior citizens to sit down and relax, who are not capable or interested in shopping and strolling time. Having to wait for 3 to 4 hours during this time without getting a place to sit is tiring.
