You spend your first three nights at the La Hacienda del Buen Suceso, located in a quiet and tranquil setting above the village of Arucas, the Hacienda was once a country estate and has perfectly retained all its colonial charm. Nestled in the surrounding banana plantations, the Hacienda is just 15 minutes from Las Palmas and makes a perfect base for the first half of your trip. For your next four nights, you'll head to the very heart of the island and the Hotel Fonda De La Tea . We usually start a “proper lunch” with soup, but did you know we also have several vegetable and fruit soups we enjoy in summer? Hungarians do use a considerable amount of paprika but it`s not necessarily hot and you can also get paprika paste sweet or spicy… And besides the strong pálinka spirit “which can virtually be made of any fruit jam is made of” – as a funny saying goes, there are quality wines and artisan beers accompanying a dish.
The latest revolution in Budapest has been a more quiet but more enduring one, the “culinary revolution” of the last 6-8 years. So there is a wide range of products and places you can choose from.

The Explore guide was excellent and conveyed his enthusiasm for Greek history, culture and food. Evia in June was beautiful- the gorge walk was a highlight- not at all crowded and much better value than the more well known islands.

The Hagia Irene located in the outer courtyard of Topkapı Palace is the oldest church of the Eastern Roman Empire (Byzantine). It was also the second largest church in İstanbul after Hagia Sophia. It’s a typical Byzantine structure with its materials and architecture, was built on the site of an old temple in 330.
We will start the day with Spice Bazaar our guide explain the miracle of the herbs and we can taste delicious Turkish delights here. We depart from Spice Bazaar to have a sightseeing tour of the Golden Horn. Then we will join the cruise on Bosphorus by public boat in 90 Minutes. From the awe-inspiring Dolmabahce Palace to the ancient Walls of Constantine and onto the Topkapi Palace, experience the best views the city has to offer while enjoying a wonderfull cruise along the Bosphorus. A journey along the Bosphorus with Cruise will give you a unique insight into the great city’s history.
We will cross from Beşiktaş to Üsküdar by boat and have lunch here in a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we visit Üsküdar district. We will start our program with Şemsi Pasha Mosque from 16th century, designed by Ottoman imperial architect Mimar Sinan for Grand Vizier Şemsi Pasha. Continue to explore Üsküdar with Yeni Valide Mosque from 18th century. And the last mosque we see here is another masterpiece of Mimar Sinan, dedicated to the daughter of Sultan Suleyman the Magnificent, Mihrimah Sultan Mosque. Before crossing back to European side by boat, we visit local Fish Market. And finally, last stop of the day is Dolmabahçe Palace. We will visit this marvellous palace building which is built in last period of Ottoman Empire in the 19th century.

Hike the GR20 in Corsica, one of the most beautiful mountain treks in the world. Over 13 days, we hike 110mi (180km) in mountainous terrain, rising from the Mediterranean Sea to granite peaks topping 8,530ft (2,600m). Rather than take the classic north-to-south route, we head in the opposite direction, with the sun on our backs, a quieter trail, and the toughest legs at the end of the trip. You won’t be doing it alone either. A very enjoyable trip will be it a bit more strenuous than I had expected from the notes although the walks are short the terrain is extremely rugged at this challenge many in the group. The leader was good at leading the walks and handling everybody, but he was a little bit weak on the communications side, and quite a while people were unsure about what was coming up exactly.
