The Hotel were ok but did not cater to the tourist. The rooms did not have the use of the fans and found the air stagnant. A little air moving would helped.
The Hotel in Sicily in Jiardini Naxos, Caeser palace, found the hotel desk determinitly unhelpful.

This is a very fast paced tour but totally worth it. The drivers and tour guides are amazing They take their job very seriously and they treat everyone with respect. You will need to change bus drivers and guides every few days, depending on your itinerary but the ethics and professionalism of the staff Europamundo has is exceptional my family and I have no complaints. The tour guides were good but it was a confusion in a group as we had more spanish speaking and less english speaking which created confusions at times
hence it is suggested to make the group for only one language rather than combining the group
