We recently had the most incredible tour guide experience while traveling through Europe. From the moment we met our guide, Aileen, it was clear that this trip would be unforgettable. Her deep knowledge of each city's history, culture, and hidden gems transformed the entire journey. Whether it was wandering through the cobblestone streets of Paris, taking in the breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps, or walking through the streets of Florence, our guide brought every destination to life with fascinating stories and insights.
What truly set the experience apart was their passion for the places we visited. It wasn't just about ticking off famous landmarks—they took us off the beaten path, introducing us to local traditions, lesser-known spots, and unique experiences that we never would have found on our own. Quick paced tour of Europe. Led by a professional tour director, supported by a skilled coach driver we saw the key points from several different countries.
I really liked the tour overall especially the guide and the driver were great. Our guide explained explicitly so we could learn the mythology and history of Greece well. It was very helpful tour but the meal which was included wasn�t really good. The day cruise tour to the island wasn�t recommended. We had to pay extra for each excursion and the time for each stop was not enough. I felt it was the waste of time to go out on a day cruise even though the island was beautiful.
Clever to schedule Paris tours on the weekend when there is less traffic. The long bus rides were nicely paced to include good rest stops and small villages to walk about. Happy to discover Lyon, Nice and Avignon.
The whole itinerary was fantastic and I loved every minute of it. My only comment relates to finding places to purchase lunches and getting back to the bus on time. Some towns required a long walk to find a food outlet which then puts you under pressure to return to the bus.
