The trail starts right from Besisahar and follows river Marshyandi to its source, catching the enchanting mountain views of Mount Manasalu and Himal Chuli to the east. Our guide will pick you up from your hotel in downtown Xi’an either at 08:30 am or in the afternoon at 01:00 pm. Please choose one of the two options while making the booking.
After traveling for an hour, you will reach the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Stroll around the museum while our licensed, English-speaking guide gives you detailed historical information of the Qin Dynasty and the first emperor of the dynasty who ordered the Terracotta Warriors to be built.
Visit all the three pits located in the museum and see thousands of 2,200-year-old statues depicting life-size warriors and horses. Stay in the museum for around 2.5 hours and learn more about the statues and the king who ordered them before his death.
