Hotels in Rome and Frankfurt were lacking in provision of breakfast to group members. Hotel in Rome had a discriminatory layout of breakfast for Europamundo guests and their regular guests. That was insulting sort of experience. It also did not provide any tea/coffee material etc in room. Other hotels were excellent.
The guides, Leno, Abdul and Maria were absolutely fantastic. They made thing very easy and trip joyful. The local guide in Vatican city was too verbose and should cut down unnecessary explanations. Rest of the local guides were excellent. There should be provision for letting the guests come to hotel room late or early on their own from city transfers. As of now it gets difficult if the luggage is in the bus as guide can not take responsibility for that. So the guests are forced to travel with the buys. This can be resolved by placing identification stickers on the luggage pieces on day 1 of the tour. Overall, the trip was excellent and I will surely recommend Europamundo to friends and family. Thanks for all the lovely places you took me around.

Regarding the above matter I would like thank an elderly local guide in Lisbon by the name of Annabella. When I was injured during the trip in Lisbon. She personally accompanied me to search for medical help, walking in the drizzling rain and asking people . Finally without any choice she took me to the private hospital. All the while with me from registration to meeting the doctor , talking and explaining in the local language. After several hours at the hospital she then took me by cab to the hotel before she left. She is a kind soul and many others would not have done that. Even the main guide just left even after I told my problem , only she took the initiative to help me although SHE WAS not MY DESIGNATED GUIDE and her work time was over. I wish Europamundo will thank her for me.
We had a very amazing, unforgettable best experienced with our Panorama Trip. It was our 35th wedding Anniversary and our second honeymoon as well. We enjoyed every second of our tour especially watching the picturesque view of Switzerland. We love the Alpine mountains ans our hotel in Kitzbuhel. It was a perfect vacation for us and what matters most we gained friends, lose weight due to the 10k plus steps per day and we are now healthy and the most fascinating thing was that we were disciplined by our tourists guides because there was a timetable. We love all our tourist guides, Antonio, Alfredo, Emmanuel, Leonardo, Eliani, Linus but most of all the favorite is Antonio our tourist guide from Barcelona. He is so sweet and simpatiko. I love the spanish tourist guides. They are so compassionate. Thank you so much for the best vacation in our lives. We will always cherish the memories we had with you, with each person that we met in our journey. It was worthwhile and it will always be cherished to last a lifetime. We love Europamundo because you take good care of us as family. Hope we can travel with you again in United Kingdom next year. An amazing trip with such a variety of places and activities. The tour guide and bus driver were so fun. It was great to see such a range of countries with each one having such a difference culture. It had a perfect mix of add ons and time to yourself with each place having lots to do.
