Every trip with this company leaves me even more impressed by your outstanding performance, seamless organization, and professional execution — no issues, no mistakes, just excellence. A special thank you to our guide Rocio Garcia — no matter how much I praise her, it won’t do justice to her incredible dedication and attention to detail. She’s truly one of the best guides I’ve ever had. Also, a big thanks to Karim and the other wonderful guides whose names I unfortunately can’t recall at the moment!
One small suggestion I’d love to make: I really wish there were some slower-paced itineraries available. While I appreciate how much we get to see, sometimes we visit multiple cities in one day, arrive at the hotel late, and then have to wake up early to head to the next destination. It would be amazing to have an option with a more relaxed rhythm to truly soak in each place.
