The entire trip was wonderful. I’m unable to single out just one city or experience because I enjoyed it all equally. I signed up for every optional experience and was not disappointed. I loved the ruins and the history from both our tour director and the specialists brought on in various areas.
It was our first time on a Trafalgar trip and most likely not our last. The scenery was spectacular, the tours were educational and fascinating. The hotels were top rate and the meals were delicious. Our Travel Director and Coach Driver were both outstanding. The whole experience was incredibly fulfilling and enjoyable. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a tour of this nature.
Had such a fun week with an awesome group, trip manager and driver and loved exploring Ireland and seeing all the beauty it has to offer. A great way to see this country and make memories with new people who quickly become friends. Highly recommend!
Jam packed trip seeing the best sights of the UK and Ireland. The trip is fast paced and not a lot of time to immerse in each town but enough to see the sights and move on. Would recommend this trip for anyone wanting to see the highlights of the UK and Ireland with the knowledge of a trip manager to point out history and recommendations for activities food etc. Over the 18 days, I had so much fun which can be attributed to the enthusiasm of the trip manager and driver to make the trip enjoyable for us travellers.
Tour guide was fantastic and knowledgeable on everything from the history of where we were, to places to eat, to myths, legends and local stories. The driver was phenomenal and I have motion sickness which was never an issue with him behind the wheel. Would recommend to anyone who like me, wants a trip where they can just truly relax and enjoy knowing everything will go smoothly.
The Irish Experience was a wonderful trip around Ireland and into Northern Ireland. The tour director and bus driver were excellent pointing out the wonderful sights and Irish folklore and getting to our destinations on time and ahead of the crowds at Blarney Castle and the Ring of Kerry.
Welcome to the ultimate Scottish and Irish adventure, where you'll find warm locals, trendy cities and breathtaking scenery everywhere you turn. On this trip you'll see highlands, bagpipes & whisky go head to head with Irish folk songs & Guinness: it's impossible to choose a favourite, which is why you need to do them both. And with heaps of eye-widening travel inclusions like Blarney Castle and a cruise around Loch Ness, there's no better way than this 13-day journey, starting in Edinburgh and finishing off in Dublin with a legendary bunch of 35-45s.
Our Ireland trip was amazing, thanks to our phenomenal travel director, and our expert driver. enthusiasm and knowledge made every moment special, with fantastic suggestions for free time that led us to charming local spots and unforgettable experiences. skillful driving ensured we traveled safely and punctually, navigating the scenic routes with ease. The country itself is breathtaking with lush green landscapes stretch endlessly, from rolling hills to dramatic cliffs, the Atlantic Ocean views along the coast are simply awe-inspiring, and the enchanting drive through Killarney National Park, where the forest’s misty, towering trees and serene lakes felt like stepping into a fairytale. This tour was a perfect blend of Ireland’s natural beauty and a top-notch team. I can’t recommend it enough!
Dreaming of rolling green hills, historic castles, and legendary Irish hospitality? The "Northern & Southern Ireland" tour is your passport to both sides of the Irish border, offering a nine-day guided sightseeing adventure from Belfast to Dublin. With stops in Derry, Killarney, Galway, and more, you’ll explore sweeping landscapes, lakes, and dramatic cliffs while delving into centuries-old folklore.
From the Ring of Kerry and Cliffs of Moher to the volcanic columns of the Giant’s Causeway, each day brings a new natural marvel. Evenings are for pub grub, live music, and the camaraderie of fellow travelers—there’s always time for a Guinness or two. Along the way, visit medieval ruins, ancient sites, and bustling city centers, all with the guidance and comfort of a small group tour.
This trip’s standout feature is its comprehensive itinerary, capturing the spirit and diversity of Ireland without the stress of planning. Accommodation, transport, meals, and local expertise are all included in this tour package, leaving you free to make memories among some of Europe’s most enchanting scenery.
This was a fun trip, but it was very fast-paced. It gave a great overview of all that the UK and Ireland have to offer, but there wasn’t enough time to see very much of it in depth. It’s perfect for helping you pick out the places you want to see again in more detail. It involves a fair amount of riding around on the coach, but the route is consistently planned with carefully spaced “comfort” breaks. Some of the stops in small towns were given too much time, when there wasn’t much to do or see, and some of the stops could have been longer, when there was a lot to see or do. Our Tour Director was excellent, and so was our driver. Most of the hotels were very nice, with a few that were just OK. The included group dinners weren’t very exciting, but they were reasonable and tasty.
