Very thorough, we visited a variety of attractions and historical sites, plus there was plenty of time allocated to see these places. There was also free time to explore.

The itinerary was great. Having the two night stays was fantastic, less tiring and stress on the body. Without a doubt is the best tour guide we have ever had, he was brilliant! Kris Nemcevicius has to be the best driver ever! This is from a nervous passenger at all times. With , we were totally relaxed. The optional activities were overpriced. They read better than what we got. We would be very hesitant to pre-book on Trafalgar’s recommendation in the future based on what we paid and what we got. Some of the optional activities were fantastic, such as the Celtic Steps, truly a highlight of the tour, but then so was the afternoon Irish Fun and Music (Craic agus Ceol). The evening at Biddy O’Barnes was okay, but again not worth $222 AUD. The Irish Ceilidh evening, the Jaunting car ride and the Waterford history walk were good, thoroughly enjoyed these. The Connemarra Vintage Farm village would have cost us 33 GBP if we had bought at the gate, however, pre-booking and paying we paid 76 Euro – equivalent to 38 GBP. Basically, we paid double the price. In AUD $ we paid $134! The local guide in Belfast was a passive-aggressive person and spoke a lot of her PTSD from the “Troubles” and her 4 year grandson. The meal of fish and chips was nice, but quite small and we paid 132 Euro including the local guide. That is $233.00 AUD – definitely not worth it!! The local guide in Galway spoke mainly about himself and his daughters and moving to and living in New York. Only moving back to Galway because his daughters moved back. We eventually started to walk and crossed the road and spoke on the other side of the bridge about his daughter moving back to New York and then he informed us we were to walk back to meet . The local guide at the Cliffs of Mohr was very interested in the birds and that’s what we heard about, when we could hear her or find her. The local guide who took us around Dublin and up to Glendalough was more interested in catching up with the new bus driver than informing our tour group of the surroundings. The bus driver, drove with one hand on the wheel for most of the trip, after having drive us safely and expertly for two weeks, it was very nerve wracking to have this very casual driver on the wrong side of the road cutting bends and steering with one hand, whilst chatting the whole time with the guide.

It was a well organized trip, with 2 nights at every stop, allowing time to explore the area more thoroughly and to learn the history and culture. We never felt rushed. The weather was generally very good, but the tour director was able to make a changes on the fly, as needed, to allow for a great experience. The tour director was very friendly and knowledgeable, regaling us with folklore, personal stories and song along the way. The coach driver was excellent and went out of his way to accommodate the guests. All in all, a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this tour.

We had an EXCELLENT tour director, and a very EXCELLENT driver! It was a true vacation....no worries because planned everything and got us there! Looking back, there were two or three extra excursions that we took that we would not rate as great. The walking-tour guides were not good....I would encourage others to skip those excursions.

The Amazing Ireland tour itinerary was really good. We saw all the well known natural landmarks in Ireland. The tour guide was excellent. He gave us very good historical and cultural information pertaining to each place we visited. We enjoyed the drives through the Irish countryside. The tour bus was very comfortable. All the hotels that we stayed at were very nice and comfortable. We Spent 3 days in Northern Ireland and the rest of the time in Republic of Ireland. We enjoyed the entire tour a lot.

was an amazing guide on a very busy and fast-paced tour covering a lot of miles, but it was amazing. - And we had very good weather most of the time.
