All the Tour guides were good except for one lady guidewho accompanied us to venice and Florence. She was rude and inconsiderate and not passionate enough in her profession.
As the customer are from different countries it will be better to provide some basic amenities like kettle in hotel rooms.

The Barcelona part of the trip was very disjointed as we kept changing tour guides and overlapping other tours. The pick up times were always late and the Praga Hotel was very small and cramped.

Just completed 21 days Europe : East to West with 13 other friends. An awesome trip. A little hectic, with lots of walking; however fully worth the walks and the money. Overall, it was a fun experience By the way, on our last day in Zurich, our guide was not Javier but Diego Bueno. All of our guides were very nice and approachable. However, Ms. Angeles, though very nice, did not seem to be very fluent with English.
