I traveled alone and was assigned 2 different roommates as it was different tours. The program was packed and sometimes was tiring but I would not ask for less. The itinerary was well thought off and planned so would not change anything except to spend more time in Andoora as I felt that was a bit rushed and there was still so much more I wished to see.
Traveling with my partner who needed a motorized wheelchair can be difficult but our time in Spain was super easy and enjoyable thanks to the support of the guides and travel agents used. Highly recommend!

I am genuinely amazed.Bus drivers were very careful, and the guides were extremely well-informed and fluent in English. Accommodating hotels that prioritize safety and cleanliness, accompanied by cooperative personnel. There are charging connections and WiFi on board! In general the trip itinerary was all that I wanted to do, however, there where many things that were foreseeable that where going to affect the trip and NO previous measure was taken, which eventually disappointed me of how it ended up being the trip. Things like the fact that Granada was going to be closed earlier and make us run to arrive on time but just let us be sitting in the hotel for a long time, or arriving very late to Fez and not having proper time to stay in the place could have been better handled.
In particular, I want to complain about the fact that we were suppossed to go to Alicante, we voted in the bus about skipping this city and two of us said NO to not going to the place and our guided decided to do whatever he wanted thinking we were joking. Not happy about my complaint, Abdel Salam (the guide) wrote to me in my personal whatsapp about his dissapointment of me complaining which I believe is extremly unprofessional.
The night of the 31st of December was also a huge dissapointment. And the lack of consistency and overall bad quality of the hotels was not in accordance to what you advertise in your brochures.
Even though this was my first solo trip from London to home and back, I never felt alone, as the bus was my constant companion throughout the journey, along with my comfortable hotel stays. The trip was well-organized, with ample breaks and friendly, professional drivers who ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience from one destination to another. Despite traveling with people from different backgrounds and languages, I felt safe and welcomed, making new friends and enjoying a rich cultural exchange. The enthusiastic guides, full of energy and knowledge, provided engaging explanations, making every stop enjoyable without feeling exhausted or bored. The tour covered major destinations efficiently, with well-coordinated time management, caring guides fluent in English and other languages, and insightful local guides for in-depth exploration. Overall, the stay, coordination, and execution were excellent, and I look forward to booking another trip with Bookmundi. The experience was well worth the price, and I highly recommend it to my friends and family for their future travels.
