AAT is an excellent tour company, I would rate them highly. They look after their customers very well, are helpful and attentive. The tour guide Margaret was wonderful as was the bus driver. Margaret was very informative and helpful and had so much knowledge to share. The accommodation was always good. I liked the interaction AAT Kings provided with the two dinners together (very special) with all the people on the tour on 2 separate evenings, the delicious breakfast meals we had and the welcome drink on arrival was very special and a nice personal touch for us all. The small free gift was a special touch. I love the colour of the bag. It'll be very useful. Thank you. The whole hot air balloon experience was great because the weather, the crew and the fantastic service were perfect. Our pilot (Andy) was very friendly and an amazing leader to show us the most attractive places in Melbourne from the sky. We took great pictures of the Rod Laver Arena, MCG stadium, F1 track, and the beautiful city of Melbourne. The experience didn't stop there as we're taken to have a delicious buffet breakfast with a wonderful view at the Sofitel Hotel. We highly recommend "Picture This Ballooning" for this experience because they arranged our early pickup, took care of us during the trip and finally dropped us off at our next destination.
