Me and my friend wanted to trek in the Everest region for quite a while and it was Rayuna, our trip planner who answered all our questions prior the trip to get all our doubts cleared. Right from the start till the time we got back from the mountains, we were treated in the best way that I can ever remember. Suresh our guide led us throughout with his long years of experience and expertise. You guys are simply the best and we will surely not hesitate to recommend you people to all our friends.
The Langtang Valley trek is popular among those seeking a great Himalayan adventure in a short period of time.
This trek brings you to the Langtang Valley, just south of the Tibetan border. We begin with a bus ride from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi, the starting point of the Langtang trek. After reaching Syabrubesi, the trek begins in a lush valley in a tropical environment. Along side the trail will be green hills, large patches of rice paddies, and Nepal's national flower, the rhododendron. You will also get to experience an abundance of birds and other wildlife such as wild boar and monkeys who all inhabiting this region. In the background looms several snow-capped mountains giving you knowledge about that soon you will leave the tropical climate and enter colder climatic zones.
From Langtang village, the trail continues to Kyanjin Gompa (3,740 m) a place with not only great mountain views but also the local Yala Cheese Factory. A visit to the Yala Cheese Factory (4.633 m) and the small lakes beyond Yala is worthwhile, and we will make that excursion if you feel up for it.
As you move up the Langtang Valley, the Tibetan influence becomes more noticeable. Langtang is one of the few areas in Nepal highly influenced by Tibet, bordering the region to the North.
Another highlight of this trip is the day hike up Tserko Ri (4,984m), a 'small' and safe peak to hike in the area. Although challenging, when atop you will be rewarded with spectacular Himalayan views and a sensation of achievement. If you do not feel up for the hike another option is to trek further up the valley and explore more ground.
We are looking forward to providing you with a fantastic trip.

Another wonderful trip with World Expeditions. In addition to the expected highlights of Petra, Wadi Rum, snorkelling in the Red Sea and floating in the Dead Sea, the unexpected delights of visiting a local family at Um Qais (and cooking/dining with them), the expansive Roman ruins at Jerash and our extraordinary driver Firas made this trip wonderful.
The small additional cost of having a representative meet us at the airport and guide us through immigration was well worth it. The process was very quick and smooth.
We would thoroughly recommend this trip.

My friend and I had a fantastic time on our trip. We were met by someone who helped us get the necessary paperwork, traveled to Wadi rum (we slept), stopped at a nice shop where we purchased beautiful scarves, and departed with our Wadi Rum local guide! Our guide was awesome, know all of the best spots to visit and photo spots as well! He was kind and attentive as I got sick at the beginning of our journey. We enjoyed staying at Sun Camp - the staff was so kind to us and generous in their efforts. We were fasting and they prepared food for us that night so we wouldn't be hungry. Our driver drove us to Petra (we slept), checked in to the hotel, and thoroughly enjoyed our guide who was also a local! We definitely benefited from his knowledge and connections! We enjoyed dinner in a cave and the following day our driver made arrangements for us to add an additional stop (for a cost). We were blessed to visit Jesus' baptism site before enjoying the amazing Dead Sea!
A wonderful and memorable Halong experience. The staff at the office and the tour guide are very enthusiastic. The local food is delicious and Halong Bay is beautiful. Highly recommend this tour!
We had an absolutely amazing time in Bhutan. The people, the food, the sights and the natural beauty exceeded our expectations. Our guide, driver and trek crew were outstanding. Bhutan is a special place and we plan to visit again.

Take your family on a superb adventure to discover the ancient history and cultural landscape of Laos and Cambodia. A carefully crafted blend of family adventure activity, comfortable child friendly accommodation with select moments for downtime to simply enjoy your surroundings, this is truly family travel at its finest. Our adventure begins in the magical town of Luang Prabang, Northern Laos, where you and your family step back in time to a place where every morning hundreds of saffron-clad monks file out from the monasteries to collect alms from the devout residents. You’ll explore the local markets and ancient temples of this former royal capital, take a boat trip on the mighty Mekong River to the mystical Pak Ou Caves and hike though lush forests, around rice paddies to marvel at the turquoise pools of Khuang Si Waterfall. Overnight at the The Elephant Conservation Center, a 530 hectare natural elephant habitat home to 29 Asian elephants. The centre, unlike most elephant camps, was set up purely for the protection of this magnificent species and aims to return elephants to the wild. This is truly an experience not to be missed. Then fly south to Pakse - explore the ancient Angkorian ruins of Wat Phu before continuing on to the 4,000 Islands and the largest island, Don Khong. Immerse yourselves in the relaxed lifestyle of this sleepy riverine archipelago. Next, fly to the lively town of Siem Reap, Cambodia, the gateway to Angkor Wat. Explore the ancient passageways of Angkor Wat temple, marvel at the enigmatic giant stone faces of Bayon, uncover mysterious ruins deep in the jungle on Kulen Mountain, kayak through floating villages and be enthralled by the energetic performers at Phare, the Cambodian Circus.
