Journeys: Iconic Thailand was a fabulous experience!!! We had the most wonderful tour guide (shout out to Natthanan Chai Yenklom--the very best!!!!) who looked after every detail and made the experience comfortable and enjoyable for each person on the trip. I loved the varied activities--the home visit and cooking class in Chiang Mai; Ko Klang Island and Hong Island in Southern Thailand; and the amazing temples in Bangkok were particular highlights for me on the trip. I would do another National Geographic Journeys/G Adventures tour in the future!
The tour was an incredible experience from start to finish. It was well-organized, informative, and filled with beautiful sights that were truly unforgettable. The itinerary struck the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation, making it enjoyable for everyone in the group. A big part of what made the tour so special was Lachlan. He was not only professional and knowledgeable but also kind and approachable. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable and engaged throughout the journey. Highly recommended!
This was my very first tour, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. Over the two weeks, you get to experience such a wide variety of activities and see so many incredible places in Thailand. It’s the perfect mix of hiking, swimming, relaxing, exploring culture, enjoying delicious food, and of course, partying.
Our tour guide Arthur made the trip even more special. He was amazing from start to finish – open, friendly, and so easy to connect with right from the very first meeting. Traveling with him honestly felt like traveling with a friend, which made saying goodbye at the end so much harder.
Tour in traffic congested Manila was a nightmare, best part of the tour was the lunch and shopping. A Venue hotel was very dirty and air conditioner spits out dust and more Dust. Costabello in Cebu resort was very clean and food great. The tour in Bohol was outstanding, loved the Chocolate Hills.
Komodo Island Hopper: A very nice, varied tour! A great combination of experiences (waterfalls, snorkeling, lots of animals and views) and relaxation, for example on the beach. Rizky "the Komodo Bro" always tried to get the best out for us. He was always helpful and looked after the well-being of the group very well. Thank you Rizky!
