Arthur was an exceptional tour guide throughout, after being called in on late notice you could not tell. I went on the 18 day Thailand intro and had the trip of a lifetime! Everything from even before we arrived was very organised which led to a completely stress free trip. Our group leader Zoe was amazing, bringing such positive vibes from day 1, and provided complete support throughout the trip and for onward travel. Our local guide Aei-ki was fantastic and provided cultural knowledge as we went round. Would highly recommend Intro travel and this amazing country!

I went on the 12 day Thailand trip - absolutely amazing. Koh Phangan especially was so nice, and the temples in Bangkok and evening boat tour in Koh Phi Phi was amazing (especially seeing the bioluminescent plankton at night!). Michelle (my tour leader) was especially incredible, she made the trip so fun and was there for any worries I had. Big shout out to our local tour guide too, Nana, who was super funny and super interesting to learn about the local Thai culture. It was my first time doing a tour like this, and Ive already booked a second tour with intro next summer! All in all, incredible trip! Cannot recommend enough.

I had the absolute best time exploring Thailand with Sea as our guide! She took care of our group of 20 girls with so much energy, positivity, and genuine care, it truly made our trip unforgettable.
From taking us to the best local restaurants to being right by our side as we rock climbed in Railay Beach, Sea went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. Her enthusiasm and passion for what she does are infectious, and she created such a fun and supportive environment for all of us.
I would 100% do another trip with Sea as the guide. She is awesome, and I’m so grateful for the incredible community we built during this trip!

I just finished the 12 day intro trip in Thailand. It was the most incredible trip. I was originally booked onto 9 days but made some amazing friends and was having too much fun so had to extend. This is the best way to travel stress free, the organisation is great and the activities are so much fun. We had Ellie as our group leader and she was amazing. She was always keeping the vibes high and showing us her best dance moves. I would really recommend travelling with intro and will definately be using them again soon.
