We hiked the O-trail, and this travel specialist was nothing short of spectacular from start to finish. They send a super clear itinerary and prep document, and the level of responsiveness from the team leading up the hike was genuinely second to none. Everything (transfers, accommodation, food) is taken care of for you, so you can really just focus on the experience. The guide we were provided with (Chacho!) was the single best guide we've had in a year of traveling in which we used many different guides for different activities.
