Quick paced tour of Europe. Led by a professional tour director, supported by a skilled coach driver we saw the key points from several different countries.

Overall it was a nice and good trip but i would like to highlight some points.
1. Short duration of personal stroll in some places/towns.
2. The detailed itinerary was not respected. There was a day where we returned to the hotel earlier than mentioned on the itinerary.
3. Another day, we were given only 30 minutes to stroll around Rouen including dinner. How is that possible? we traveled 4 hours to reach Rouen from Paris only to visit and eat within 30 minutes?
4. Breakfast lack options, everyday we got the same things in 5 hotels we were staying. Too much pork options as breakfast and not everybody consumes that.
5. Diamond cutting factory was a waste of time as nobody was interested to visit this. The explanations were so dull and sleepy, they put 40 people in a closed non aerated room and we were all suffocating. I had rather stroll around Amsterdam from morning to evening.
Overall it was a good and nice trip but it could have been perfect.

I liked how you commit the scheduled time in Itinerary, But it is mentioned that your services will end after breakfast on last day, but it is ended after breakfast the day before.
The Spanish Guides were Top and explained every thing, But as i am Arabian and the tour includes Arabic guide, he was terrible , Uncooperative, Poor Information about historical places from him, did not translate what guides say and depends on our good knowledge of English.
i rated him while we were in our tour, and you contacted me, and we said that the driver who drove up us from Prague airport was late but we did that to give him another chance, but he did not learn from that.
Matheus was a great guide and we feel so fortunate to have him during our trip He encouraged and incentivized everyone to be on time, in a respectful way, and to my surprise everyone was despite the big group. His English skills were good and we had no problem understanding him.
