The Marangu route is perhaps the easiest and most comfortable route to reach the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's tallest peak. We will pick you up from your accommodation in Arusha and drive you to Marangu Gate. From there you follow the trail that takes you to the top of the mountain via Mandara, Horombo and Kibo huts.
The route is well-developed and the climb is constant and of moderate intensity. The only portion that is quite demanding is the approach to the summit. However, you also have the option of adding a day for acclimatization at an additional amount if you want to. The advantage of this route is that kiosks selling mineral water bottles, soft drinks, chocolates and beers are available in camp sites throughout the climb.

Discover a quieter side of Africa’s tallest peak with the 6-Day Mount Kilimanjaro Climbing Rongai Route tour package. Approaching Kilimanjaro from the north-eastern border of Tanzania and Kenya, this trek offers experienced adventurers a unique ascent far from the crowds. The Rongai route is celebrated for its tranquil trails and pristine wilderness, giving climbers the rare chance to experience Kilimanjaro’s beauty in relative solitude, especially before it merges with the more popular Marangu route near Kibo Hut.
Ideal for those seeking a less trafficked path or for travelers preferring gentler ascents, the Rongai trek is notably less steep than other options, while still maintaining a sense of adventure by using tents rather than huts. The journey traverses untouched rainforest and remote landscapes, offering a striking—if less varied—scenery compared to the Machame or Lemosho routes. One of the route’s key advantages is its drier climate, making it an excellent choice for those tackling Kilimanjaro during the rainy season.
Sleep under the stars in your tent each night, surrounded by the wild, and enjoy a sense of accomplishment as you traverse this lesser-known, serene trail. The unique selling point of this trip is the opportunity to climb Africa’s highest summit away from the hustle, enjoying both the sense of isolation and the raw beauty of Kilimanjaro’s northern face. Perfect for experienced travelers eager for a more peaceful, yet equally rewarding, trekking experience.
If you’re drawn to adventure and crave a challenge, the Mount Toubkal Winter Climb offers the ultimate trekking experience. Starting in Marrakech, this week-long trip is guided by a seasoned local mountain expert who ensures your safety and success as you ascend North Africa’s highest peak.
After a day spent acclimatizing in the majestic Atlas Mountains—with a cozy stay in a local guesthouse and authentic homemade meals—you’ll set out for the summit of Toubkal. While the climb is non-technical, it requires the use of crampons and ice-axes, rewarding your efforts with panoramic views over the Atlas range and the distant Sahara.
An optional ascent of a neighboring peak adds flexibility for those eager for more. The adventure wraps up with a guided tour of Marrakech, including its iconic monuments and bustling souks.
This tour’s unique appeal lies in its blend of physical challenge, expert leadership, and cultural discovery, making it a top pick for avid trekkers seeking both adventure and authentic Moroccan experiences.
