It was a privilege for us to have him share his story with us which was honest, raw, and poignant and changed us in profound ways. We surprised by the level of hospitality from the owner of the tour operator, he organized for us a free BBq dinner at the end of our trip and he bother to drive us to the airport himself he made us felt we paid less for all we got. Premium hotels need to be more central in the major cities. Location is more important than swimming pools. We missed out in Oaxaca especially.
You must include a stop in Puebla, especially as we drive right past it. I visited separately and it’s a great stop off.

Wonderful guide and driver. We had a wonderful guide Selin. She is fluent in English and has very good knowledge of history. We like this tour very much. Very good lodging. 5-star tour.
The hotels are comfortable and interesting historically. The changing leaves made the ride on state and county roads an ever changing view. The itinerary includes city, village, and farm experiences that engage all the senses. Combined with a knowledgeable guide and pleasant co-travelers, this trip was one that I can heartily recommend.
