Itinerary was on time and guides were very helpful. Scandinavia is vey scenic and beautiful place and Europamundo makes it even more special where we can interact with travelers from different countries. I wish there were more vegetarian options for breakfast in the hotels.

Dear Sir, We had an absolutely fantastic time in our recent Scandinavia tour. The tour leader Maria lose Navarro Frias is an excellent person, fluent in English, punctual, flexible and knowledgeable about the history of local cultural sites. Your guides, hotels, restaurants for lunch and the trip were well organized and of real pleasure. I have travelled many countries with many tour operators and guides, but I must say that Maria is one of the most responsible, helpful, supportive and professional guide I have ever met. I would like to mention one incident during our trip. On our last day of trip, her bag was stolen from the bus and she lost all her belongings. In spite of that, she was very calm, quite, cool and she ensured that her personal issues does not impact the passengers. She did her duties for the entire day as usual inspite of being unaware about her return of belongings. What a person What a service and what professionalism. She believes on the theory SHOW MUST GO ON Hats off to her.Europamundo is fortunate to have Maria as an employee to their organization. She is an asset to the company. May God bless her with peace, wealth, love and happiness always Once again many many thanks to her service, guidance and support. 1. Grouping should have been done keeping in mind the preferred language. While i preferred English, i was with a Spanish speaking group till Aarhus - which was not enjoyable. 2. Large groups should no be clubbed with individual/ small family travellers. There was a group of 20 people travelling together and that often led to delays etc.

I have attached the evaluation on this trip that my Husband and forwared to Tourradar: I have referred Tourradar to numerous friends and family and will continue to do so. Our Germany-Norway trip was outstanding We have done a lot of travel but never enjoyed a trip more thanks to Europamundo and our guide Julio Villar, we have never had a more conscientious, hardworking, enthusiastic guide. We knew nothing about Europamundo when we reserved two trips to Europe this year ended up with them as the Tour Company. After the Germany-Norway experience we knew we hit the jackpot with Europamundo Julio . In another 90 or so days we take off for the Lisbon-Rome adventure, I am aggressively petitioning Europamundo to assign JULIO VILLAR to lead the tour. We have solicited nine other friends family to join us they are paid confirmed for this trip. We will continue to promote TOURRADAR EUROPAMUNDO JULIO VILLAR as the ONLY people to travel with.
