Really a pleasant experience to travel and interact with other nationals.We could exchange tourism related matter with them.Altogether a rewarding experience. Having said that, I would like to highlight one issue which was not resolved during tour. We were told by Traveltours, Kochi that everyday,the passengers would be shifted to Citycentre wherein we could dine at our choice resturants and would bedropped back to hotel.Not even on a single day did this happen. To ourquery we were told that the hotel is close to city centre. In Oslow, the hotel was far away from city centre. This has put us,vegetarians, into some avoidable trouble.Hope Europamundo will look into it.

Dear Sir, We had an absolutely fantastic time in our recent Scandinavia tour. The tour leader Maria lose Navarro Frias is an excellent person, fluent in English, punctual, flexible and knowledgeable about the history of local cultural sites. Your guides, hotels, restaurants for lunch and the trip were well organized and of real pleasure. I have travelled many countries with many tour operators and guides, but I must say that Maria is one of the most responsible, helpful, supportive and professional guide I have ever met. I would like to mention one incident during our trip. On our last day of trip, her bag was stolen from the bus and she lost all her belongings. In spite of that, she was very calm, quite, cool and she ensured that her personal issues does not impact the passengers. She did her duties for the entire day as usual inspite of being unaware about her return of belongings. What a person What a service and what professionalism. She believes on the theory SHOW MUST GO ON Hats off to her.Europamundo is fortunate to have Maria as an employee to their organization. She is an asset to the company. My husband and I took this tour to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. it turned out to be one of the most memorable trips of our lives. We especially loved the fjord region in Norway cruising past snow-capped peaks and still waters was like something out of a dream. Each capital city had its own charm. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the experience enjoyable. She even arranged a surprise dessert at dinner one evening which brought tears of joy to my eyes. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel celebrated and appreciated. We also enjoyed connecting with fellow travelers from different backgrounds. This trip reminded us why we fell in love with eachpther in the first place. Scandinavia and the Baltic were destinations we’d always dreamed of, and the team made it all possible without the stress of planning every detail. We came home with beautiful memories, hundreds of photos, and hearts full of gratitude. We would absolutely recommend this tour especially for special milestones.
