Baltic Tours in October 2027

The trip to Turmenistan and Uzbeckistan was well organised, exciting and informative. The guides were knowledgeable and very approachable. The accommodation was good and the wonders seen were amazing. Would highly recommend this trip.

The trip was absolutely amazing!! We had an amazing trip Manager and bus driver! The group on the contiki was the best and I definitely made some life long friends!! The trip was pure enjoyment and I couldn't fault it.

Disappointed that the weather didn't cooperate to go to the Orkney Isles, but loved being at Ballachulish and Castletown away from the big cities. Wished lunch stops were longer for eating and shopping the towns. Could have stayed all day at Dunrobin Castle as I enjoyed touring on my own, but didn't have time to cover all of it.

We've traveled with Explore many times, including another tour in Japan, and we really enjoyed this trip. Our guide, Doni, was excellent and kept things on track nicely. The accommodations were great, varying from more simple to nice hotels. This tour covered not only large city options, but some very rural areas, which we really enjoyed. Everything ran quite smoothly and there were no delays with transport or any of the daily events. I think we gained a deeper understanding of Japan, which was part of our purpose in taking this trip. We would highly recommend this Explore tour to other guests.

We had a wonderful tour, a fantastic tour manager, and great accommodations!! However, scheduling a tour of the “National Parks” in October is not a good idea (we missed out on several opportunities because of bad weather)

Everything was perfect. was an excellent tour guide. I do feel bad that he wasn’t told or us that we would be lacking a ceo tour manager. was able to make up for it. But next time contiki should let the tour group know in case people want to cancel. Some folks were not happy.
