What a great experience, we had a group of 29. And we where like a family, from the start. We made some brilliant friendships. Our tour leader 'Shabby' is one of a kind. She made sure all our needs where catered for. She gave us a very in depth historical experience, along with an expectional cultural one. Making sure we ate and drank where and with the locals. Most high lights where always of the beaten track and or something different. With a 'Venice by Night' taxi ride an experience I will never forget. Thank you Shabby, you made our 12 days with you something we will always remember. xxxx

The guide was great. The audio system was a bit unclear or muffled and could be better. Could I suggest a starting time at about 10:10, to allow for the train coming from Napoli Central.
