I enjoyed the variety of activities and feel like I got a good idea of the area and culture in a short period of time. I also enjoyed Ingrid as our leader! Fabulous trip with a lot crammed in and covered some key archaeological sites which were incredible. Palenque in particular was a real highlight. There is a lot of time spent travelling but that’s part of the trip and itinerary does clearly indicate this. Very little walking so hiking boots are not needed, just good trainers for climbing the steep steeps if the various pyramids. Our tour leader Ana was fantastic, she was friendly with a great sense of humour, and she ensured everyone in the group knew what to expect each day, and what clothing and equipment to wear/bring which was so useful as conditions varied across locations. Her knowledge of history and Mayan sites was incredible and I learnt loads and it help put the sites into context, she really made the trip enjoyable. The only thing I would change would be to include a trip to the museum of anthropology in Mexico City at the start of the trip to put the history in context and to see the treasures that were recovered at the various sites. Highly recommend

GAdventures offer all you need for a convenient and safe vacation time. The sceneries during this tour are quite diverse and always breathtaking. Palenque was my highlight. I highly recommend a jungle hike in the early morning (with termites for breakfast!) and a swim in the waterfalls in the afternoon.

It was great experience but for a Holiday too exhausting because of Long driving (4x 11hours where itinerary says 5-6h) and Bad Hotels. The Hotel Level is more like ?run down? B&Bs. Never breakfasts?! Exciting but exhausting.

INCREDIBLE trip that went to so many different places and included heaps of memorable experiences - from climbing up ancient temples to swimming in crystal-clear cenotes. Particularly loved our days on idyllic Holbox Island and in Pelanque (the waterfalls were hands-down the most beautiful place I've ever been!). Organisation was five star and the Trip Leader, Mizchel, was very friendly and so knowledgeable about the region. Jonas, our driver, was also great and brilliant at tackling the rural Mexican roads!
