Trip was a lot of fun . Quebec City and Niagara Falls were my favorite cities. I really enjoyed the lunch at the winery and the stop at the Big Apple. The suppers we went to on the island and on our last night were so much fun. The tour guide, *personal info removed by Feefo* and *personal info removed by Feefo* the bus driver made it all so enjoyable. Thanks Trafalgar

Well contructed in things to see and experience - sights, Canadian history, exploration of cities - different cities in their own way. Chance to meet First Nation Canadians and their culture. To 'experience' ice hockey.

This was one of the best holidays we have had in a long time. Canada was amazing and well worth the visit, and this trip gave us a good opportunity to get to know the country. The itinerary was excellent and well planned. All opportunities to visit the best areas and sights were maximised. The tour guide, Laurel and our tour bus driver, Ron were excellent company and professional at all times. The only disappointment of the whole trip was the Brock Hotel, Niagara. Whilst the hotel had recently undergone a refurbishment, it had been done with lack of best use of space i.e. very small badly laid out bathroom, and old noisy air conditioning as just a couple of the several niggles with the room. All other hotels were excellent, and one night at the Brock did not spoil the overall trip.

Really enjoyed the trip. and (bus driver) went out of their way to make the vacation informative and interesting. The hotels and rooms we were allocated were excellent, apart from our hotel situated at Niagra Falla (The Brock), the bathroom was quite small and the toilet was difficult to negotiate, in between the basin and shower. Overall the holiday was very enjoyable and we would definately book with Trefalgar again. Again i must stress the professionalism of both our guide and our excellent driver.

1. First night dinner at the Toronto hotel conference room, the dinner rolls were cold in the center. 2. Since we were having breakfast two days in the row at the Toronto hotel, they should change one or two items on their buffet (even though it was in the conference room). 3. The room in the Brocks Hotel in Niagara Falls were old and very tight. Maybe try switching it to the Sheraton next door. 4. Just a suggestion for the tour director - Most of the travelers are 70 and above. When informing them about the time to meet etc., maybe make announcements many times (besides sending out emails). Also, telling them to download pictures in a google drive might not be easy for some of them. Overall, it was an excellent tour. The tour director and tour bus driver worked very well together. Kudos to the tour bus driver for our safe travel.

North West Passage

I thought that this trip looked exciting. I realised before I went that there was a lot of ice at the earlier part of the route. This meant that our tour started from Resolute Bay rather than Cambridge Bay, which was initially disappointing, as I was interested in the Franklin expedition and would have liked to see where it had been. However, it did mean that we had more time in the Lancaster Strait area which is wonderful for wildlife. We saw about 20 polar bears, gyrfalcon, snowy owl, distant narwal and muskoxen and two breathtaking pods of Orcas (killer whales). We had an interesting talk by the CEO of the Victoria Strait Expedition, which was then taking place, and although we were told that no trace of Franklin's ships had been found, we later heard that one HAD been found.
