Trip was a lot of fun . Quebec City and Niagara Falls were my favorite cities. I really enjoyed the lunch at the winery and the stop at the Big Apple. The suppers we went to on the island and on our last night were so much fun. This was one of the best holidays we have had in a long time. Canada was amazing and well worth the visit, and this trip gave us a good opportunity to get to know the country. The itinerary was excellent and well planned. All opportunities to visit the best areas and sights were maximised. The tour guide, Laurel and our tour bus driver, Ron were excellent company and professional at all times. The only disappointment of the whole trip was the Brock Hotel, Niagara. Whilst the hotel had recently undergone a refurbishment, it had been done with lack of best use of space i.e. very small badly laid out bathroom, and old noisy air conditioning as just a couple of the several niggles with the room. All other hotels were excellent, and one night at the Brock did not spoil the overall trip.

Really enjoyed the trip. and (bus driver) went out of their way to make the vacation informative and interesting. The hotels and rooms we were allocated were excellent, apart from our hotel situated at Niagra Falla (The Brock), the bathroom was quite small and the toilet was difficult to negotiate, in between the basin and shower. Overall the holiday was very enjoyable and we would definately book with Trefalgar again. Again i must stress the professionalism of both our guide and our excellent driver.

Having some free time, I indulged in a bit of shopping at Lululemon and other intriguing stores. What I truly appreciated was the flexibility in our meal planning. It wasn't a rigid schedule, allowing me to adjust my meals according to my appetite and budget, giving me a sense of control.

I was disappointed that Niagara on the lake was listed in the brochure as a place we would visit. When we arrived our first day it was not on the itinerary we received. This was one of the reasons I selected this trip!
