Best Trip ever !!! mokhtar and elhoussine are the best

Thank you very much, Moktar and Elhoussine 🤝🤝🤝. Our Morocco trip was perfectly organized, and every destination we visited was absolutely marvellous. We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed the stunning landscapes, vibrant culture, and all the activities throughout the journey. The route we followed was ideal - truly a wonderful road trip through northern Morocco 🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦. Moktar is an outstanding chauffeur 🚙🚙🚙 and guide. He handled every part of the journey with professionalism and care, and we always felt completely safe with him. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortably settled at each destinations before taking any rest himself. He was extremely cautious on the road, which is needed as we travelled exclusively by road of over 2000km throughout the entire trip. We deeply appreciate his dedication, explanation, warm hospitality and patience 🫶🫶🫶🤝🤝🤝🙏🙏🙏🙂🙂🙂. Elhoussine is incredibly responsive and efficient. Throughout the entire booking process, he replied with such lightning ⚡️⚡️⚡️ speed that I genuinely began to suspect 🤨🤨🤨 his company was using AI to handle all Q&A - his responses were just too fast and accurate to seem real! It wasn’t until we finally spoke on the phone that I realized I had been too judgmental. To my great delight, Elhoussine personally appeared at our riad on the day of our Marrakech city tour. Energetic and knowledgeable, he’s a truly impressive young gentleman, and I was thrilled to meet him in person 😁😁😁. Wishing you both a joyful festive season in the coming days, and a happy, healthy, and successful year ahead!

Amazing Trip to the desert

I booked the 10-day Sahara tour starting in Casablanca with lhoussin and his brother Mokhtar. It was so amazing diving in the Moroccan history and the culture this diversity create an unforgettable memories We met Ihoussin as he was our walking tour guide in Marrakech. We were lucky to have Mokhtar as our driver and guide. He was very informative about all of the stops along the way, attentive to our needs and just an all around good person to spend 10 days with. If you've ever wanted to see the Sahara, this is the group to work with.

I recently completed the Mount Toubkal Weekend Trek and had a hugely enjoyable experience. The trip was well organised, with good communication from Explore both before and during the trek. The 3-day route was scenic, challenging, and absolutely stunning – a fantastic way to experience the beauty of the Atlas Mountains. Our group was a great mix of people, and the camaraderie definitely added to the experience. It might be helpful in future if Explore could facilitate an online introduction a week or so beforehand – it would have been nice to connect before meeting in person. Our guide was excellent – friendly, competent, and clearly experienced. He looked after the group well throughout the trek. The campsites were comfortable and ready upon arrival, and the food was exceptional – the support team really worked miracles with the limited resources. We never went hungry and the meals were always plentiful. That said, there were a couple of things that could be improved... The transfer from the airport was around 45 minutes late, which wasn’t ideal. Also, more food on Summit day would have been advisable – breakfast was at 4am (at which time the group wasn't that hungry) and we didn't return to camp until around 2pm. Food could have been provided during the trek to the summit or we could have been told to bring plenty with us. Lastly, tipping was a bit awkward. Within 10 minutes of arriving at the hotel, I was told I needed to provide £40 to my guide the next morning for tips. While I had no problem tipping and was happy to do so, it would have been far better to include this information clearly in the itinerary so everyone could be prepared and not leave it up to the guide to ask for this. Despite those minor issues, the trek was an unforgettable experience and one I would absolutely recommend.

The tour was wonderful, with a good mix of seeing, doing with some walking to see sites. The range of activities was great, interesting as many are not common elsewhere. The accommodation was suitable, as the range is not vast in the country areas. Overall I'd happily recommend this tour to anyone, and would be happy to do it all again.

The Grand Tour of Morocco was one of many highlights and contrasts, from busy souks, tanneries, mosques, deserts and the high atlas mountains. Our excellent guide Hassan made our trip run smoothly and always gave our group of 8 an orientation tour when we arrived in a new place. Restaurants and cafes were booked for us, many with upstairs views of the surrounding area. Having separate guides in Marrakech, Fes, Chefchaouen and Meknes gave us a greater insight into those places and the Moroccan way of life. We were welcomed into a family home of the driver,( mint tea and sweet delights) a Berber home of Mohammed and Miriam for a Moroccan lunch. We had several long days of driving, stopping frequently for comfort and photo breaks but were rewarded with stunning scenery, busy markets and watching Moroccans going about their daily lives. We visited community projects- argan oil production, potteries, weavers, silver artwork and many more. A great trip to see Morocco- full circle.

I would recommend this to anyone but would take their capabilities into consideration The hotel was fine but on arrival I could not phone the front desk as the phone. Wire was damaged. Also, I had to ask for a hair dryer ..all other rooms had one. It would have been convenient to have an a la carte menu instead of a buffet.
