Hobart Tours in Spring

From start to finish our entire experience was fantastic. All of the accommodation we stayed in was clean, comfortable and spacious. The meals included gave us various choices and were all delicious. The included experiences were again all interesting and great options. However, the two people who certainly made our holiday a very diverse and enjoyable journey were our excellent Coach Driver Tom and our amazing Tour Director Carolyn. The wealth of knowledge Carolyn has brought our journey alive. Carolyn certainly kept us engaged every day. We would love to travel with both Tom and Carolyn when we next travel with AATKings

It was a great trip and we were well looked after. The tour director and driver were great and very caring. Tasmania is lovely. Long days and early starts which is usual for a bus tour. Some hotels better than others.

This was a great trip. Margaret Casey the tour director was very knowledgeable friendly and approachable. The driver Tom was incredibly skilled especially driving the icy narrow roads around Cradle Mountain. We came away knowing much more about this part of Tasmania and want to go back!

The AATKINGS Wilderness trip was easy and enjoyable. There were options to do more or less each day. The coach, food and accommodation were great but it was the easy way the trip showed off beautiful Tasmania, that won me.

Great trip. Seeing the remoteness of the N and W of Tasmania contrasted with the very different side on the NE and S. Waking up in Cradle Mountain to snow and freezing temperatures will remain a highlight of the trip, closely followed by Launceston’s Cataract Gorge optional cruise which included a wine tasting! Very difficult to select highlights! I like the fact that Margaret, the very knowledgable guide, gave us a variety of information on the history including convict background to Sarah Island and Port Arthur, human geography, agriculture etc and makes the area really come alive.

AAT is an excellent tour company, I would rate them highly. They look after their customers very well, are helpful and attentive. The tour guide Margaret was wonderful as was the bus driver. Margaret was very informative and helpful and had so much knowledge to share. The accommodation was always good. I liked the interaction AAT Kings provided with the two dinners together (very special) with all the people on the tour on 2 separate evenings, the delicious breakfast meals we had and the welcome drink on arrival was very special and a nice personal touch for us all. The small free gift was a special touch. I love the colour of the bag. It'll be very useful. Thank you. From two previous tour companies overseas that I've travelled with in the past and also AAT Kings in Australia, I'd honestly have to say, AAT Kings was head and shoulders above the others. Such impeccable service. It would be hard to beat. All my friends and family raved about the scenery on the journey and the places we visited. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending AAT Kings.
