Excellent trip in all respects. Very well run by Guillermo and his team, standard of accomodation and food was very good, and the cycling was great! A wonderful way to experience parts of Central America with lots packed into two weeks, both in terms of cycling and other activities (boat trips, swimming, optional zip-lining, scuba diving etc).

This is an excellent trip a very good balance between cycling and the necessary evil of transfers on coach. The guides were all excellent (Rob & Britten and Pol), the bikes were very well looked after checked everynight and morning before use again. Our group ranged from 25 to 72 and everyone was allowed to go at their own pace (I was daily beaten by the 72 year old - something to aspire to maybe) everyone in the group got along well which was the icing on the cake for this trip.

This was the best holiday my husband and I ever experienced.   We feel in love with cycling, met so many great like-minded people.  It was the trip of a lifetime.

This trip across three countries is diverse, interesting and challenging. It has opened my eyes to the real world of Central America, and has left me with a greater understanding of the countries through which we have travelled. It has also challenged my fitness, which has also had a cleansing effect on my cluttered mind. I would recommend it wholeheartedly. It has been an amazing holiday.

My first cycling trip ever and being only a recreational cyclist i was a bit worried if i'd keep up, but i worried needlessly! Anyone with a good level of fitness and the right mindset will be fine. It was humid, wet, hilly and challenging on times, but we all kept up and altogether it was a great adventure and the downhills, wildlife and scenery more than made up for it.

Wasn't sure what to expect other than heat, although I must admit at times even the humidity surprised me (travelled in February). Normally I go to sleep in the small hours but each day was so busy with varied activities that I was happy to turn in after dinner.
