The Southern Africa Safari trip was incredible! was an amazing tour guide with so much knowledge about South Africa and its surrounding countries. was also a great TM in Namibia. This was a once in a lifetime trip and I highly recommend taking it! The logistics it takes to move through 4 countries in 11 days is a lot, and it was extremely smooth with contiki. The trip manager was top notch, he was knowledgeable, informative, caring and respectful. The add ons add up, make sure you are prepared for that, but every add on I did was absolutely worth it and I would recommend taking advantage of all the add ons you can. One thing to call out is in Kruger you truly camp in tents (I would not define this as “glamping”) it cooled down enough for us to be semi-comfortable but be prepped to rough it for two nights. Even with the camping, Kruger and the guided safari drives was the highlight of the trip. If you can, take this trip!! You won’t regret it.

This trip was incredible! The activities available ranged from climbing red sand dunes and star gazing in the desert, to getting up close to giraffes, zebras, and lions on safari and kayaking with seals jumping up onto the boat. Our guide Often did an amazing job of showing us the highlights of Namibia. Long stretches on the road but the view of the beautiful and changing landscape along the way made it all so worth it! Would highly recommend this trip to anyone wanting to explore the path less travelled and immerse themselves into Namibian culture.

I loved this trip! Seeing the national parks was a huge bucket list moment for me and I met some of my best friends on this trip. Denver was a waste—not much to do there and I wish we’d spent more time in the actual national parks versus all the time spent in Amarillo, Albuquerque, and Denver. Our guide, was incredible although a little unprofessional with language but she was so cool. Definitely recommend!
