The walking tour in Croatia was good. The itinerary was well planned and accommodation was good at all the places . Igo the trip leader was very considerate of Everyone’s needs and he shared his extensive knowledge of local fauna and the plants during every hike. Having a Croatian as the tour leader was a bonus .Igo’s knowledge of the trails we were on and the local Croatian cuisine and culture was very helpful . Some of the hikes in the beginning were on the lighter side which was fine to start with to get conditioned to the weather and local conditions. All in all a very enjoyable and good trip.

Absolutely first class. Excursions were beautiful and so knowledgable. Our Tour Guide Dannie and Driver Dom were the best of the best. Best trip I have experienced in many years. Our Accommodation throughout the trip was sensational. This was one of a few Insight vacations I have toured on and never have I been disappointed. Fabulous is my best description.

Both the tour and our guide were incredible. The islands of Croatia are spectacular and we especially enjoyed Korčula where we were lucky enough to see the Moreška sword dance. Dubrovnik was a close second where we took in spectacular views of the Adriatic from the old city walls. Our only issue was that the last day in Zagreb felt rushed since the drive took awhile and we didn't have adequate time to explore a city of that size. Overall, this was a bucket list experience and we would recommend it to anyone who enjoys history combined with European charm.

I found the pace to be comfortable with plenty of sights to fill the day balanced with enough leisure time to enjoy and relax. I did not partake in many optional excursions as I found it more enjoyable to tour cities in depth. Of all the cities we visited, I would like to have spent and extra hour or two in Ljubljana. I particularly enjoyed the stops in Plitvice and Postojna for their natural beauty.
