Excellent

Machu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain, Zip lining, Mountain Biking and Raftong were all incredible and I?d recommend them over and over again. Joseph and Walter were excellent guides. Accommodation on this tour is poor (hostels without window covers for mosquitos/cold water/bed bugs) and so I?d recommend looking at a ?classic? tour instead!

Wonderful 'taste' of Costa Rica's wildlife and flora. Since it was 8 days, there was some travel time to get to each spot (as clearly written in the itinerary) and the guide and driver did a great job with wildlife spotting along the way. Personally, I would have preferred more time in Monteverde area and less by the beach, but that is how it was planned from the start. Went at the end of the rainy season, so there were some minor adjustments that the guide worked out ... so we did still see all the planned stops. Leisurely trip.

Really enjoyed the variety of things to see and do. Galapagos Islands were amazing and pleased to see that they are trying hard to protect the local environment and native animals and educate the next generation. Loved the giant tortoises and the way local rangers are protecting them from extinction from hand rearing eggs to releasing them when they are older. Blue footed Boobies were a highlight of mine to see, only wish I had seen the red footed boobies as well. The visit to the rose farm was an eye opener as I hadn't realised that Ecuador was such a productive place for roses and exportation, the employees all looked happy and relaxed. Interesting visit to Condor sanctuary and the way they are rehabilitating injured birds and introducing them into the countryside.

Excellent

Oswaldo was an amazing CEO - he cared so much about The Galapagos, the clients, the crew, the boat and G-Adventures. He was proactive on every outing to make sure we would have the best experience possible - on terms of the time we left (avoid other people), his knowledge, his picture taking and everything he shared with us. The Captain and the Crew were so caring and responsive to any need we might have. Everything was AMAZING - just as it should have been to be exploring the most special place I have seen on this planet.

What a fabulous trip and itinerary. Great variety covering city , rainforests, waterfalls and beaches . Despite a packed itinerary it felt quite relaxed and we had lots of free time to enjoy the many varied places we visited . Our guide Marcel was excellent , helping make our trip super special , and despite a lot of rain at key points in the trip, helped us soldier on and adapt accordingly . Can't fault the trip , my only observation for improvement would be an extra night in Rio as we had to dash to sugar loaf mountain the day we were leaving . We needed a little more time to cover the highlights of Rio .
