The itinerary is well thought out and truly does hit all the highlights of Poland. There was ample time to relax if we wanted, and optional experiences if we wanted to do more. We enjoyed everything about this trip. A visit to Poland should be on everyone's list.
A great overview of Poland. Spend an adequate time in locations to get a feel for the area. Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk, and Warsaw covered well plus stops in other locations.
A little too many churches. Also on long bus rides need a little more quiet time Otherwise trip was fantastic. Lots of history. Would highly recommend. Hotels were top notch. Food was great. Only negative was the entertainment group in Zakopane. Too loud. Too close to us. Not enjoyable. Dinner seemed rushed. We went into the town the next day. Lots of nice restaurants there. Use one of them. Place we went was not that special.
Poland exceeded my expectations with its rich history, and beautiful cities. The country offers a great mix of cultural heritage, stunning architecture, and natural scenery. Highlights included the historic old towns, excellent food, and well-preserved landmarks. Overall, it was a memorable and rewarding travel experience that I would highly recommend and revisit again.
This was a great trip, the hikes were varied and in parts moderately challenging as expected. We were treated to beautiful landscape, forest, lake and mountains views. We even did some river rafting. The accommodation was excellent with good food and facilities one including a spa and bowling. Where we ate outside the hotel the choice of restaurants and mountain huts were good, where we were able to sample polish specialities. The group leader was very good, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She made sure we knew the detailed schedule each day allowed us sufficient rest stops and gave us lots of information about the places we visited. A great group too on a memorable trip for me.
Very busy schedule but fascinating , loved all the very different cities. Surprised at the beauty of Poland. Learned so much history that we were unaware of. Salt mines definite highlite, Auschwitz’s a must visit. Weather could have been better but can’t control that.
