New Zealand Tours in December 2026

An excellent tour from start to finish. The meet and greet set the tone with Isobel the first evening. Well organised with very good communication. Travelled in an extremely comfortable bus. Bus driver Peter and tour guide Isobel first class and couldn’t do enough to make this a very enjoyable trip in meeting everyone’s needs and ensuring all the sights of the South Island were covered. Would highly recommend this tour.

In New Zealand breakfasts were same daily. Milliennium hotel ( fireplace in dining area) was their only heating source and we were sooooo cold. How many can sit close to the fireplace? I spoke firmly with the head person in the dining to please turn up the heat! People were eating breakfast in their coats! Next day we had a warm dining area! A customer had to speak up on this!? Really! Also the maid daily ignored poop in the toilet that stuck to the toilet. I had to call to have someone clean up the toilet! I told the young man to be sure and tell y the maid to do her job or I would call again and he could come back and do her job.

Honestly best experience of my life so far!! I love that i really didn’t have to worry about anything at all and if anything came up my trip manager responded to me so quickly. I made so many friends and those people became like my family! Devo that it’s over and wish i could go back right now

My New Zealand South Island trip with Topdeck was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From cruising through Milford Sound to soaking in Lake Tekapo, every day felt like stepping into a postcard. Our trip leader was energetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate, always going the extra mile to make sure everyone was having the best possible experience. The itinerary was perfectly paced and the included experiences were excellent value. The group vibe was awesome too, fun, friendly, and full of people ready to make memories. By the end of the trip, it felt like we’d all shared something pretty special together. I can’t recommend the Topdeck South Island adventure enough. I’d go again in a heartbeat!

I love, love, love New Zealand. This was one of my favorite GAdventures trip. Seeing New Zealand, with all the multi-sport activities, felt exciting and invigorating. I successfully did a couple of activities that were outside of my comfort zone. I didn?t want the trip to end. Eamonn Grant, as our CEO, was one of the best parts of the trip! Trails of New Zealand is an excellent memorable trip. Wonderful scenery, great walks, very comfortable accommodation. Well-thought itinerary, good mix of driving interspersed with walks and other activities.
