Italy Tours in December 2026

Our tour was excellent! Well curated indeed!Our guide, Antonio, was well informed, shared his knowledge generously, had a great sense of humor, was caring and belief us all have a wonderful, memorable time. We will absolutely recommend this tour, Collette, and Antonio! The staff at the hotel were kind, attentive, and helpful.

Antonio our tour manager was excellent. He made it feel like we were relatives visiting him. The Hotel Ercolini was great location, beautiful public areas, friendly & helpful staff. Rooms were a bit dated, lacked outlets and bathrooms were poorly designed. Collette might consider upgrading (or allowing customer the option to upgrade to a deluxe room.) Itinerary was well paced and local guides were excellent. The optional tour to Cinque Terre was good but a bit rushed. Would love to see that offered as a trip extension in the future to give the area the time it deserves.

Ben was an Amazing Guide, Knowledgeable, but firm. I really enjoyed how easy he made everything. The only thing I would say is the tours with the sales pitch I could have done without.

Your tour guide/manager was the best I have ever experienced. Mauro was born for the job. I cannot recommend your tour highly enough to others. I have already told everyone in my family to take the tour. Kudos on a great job!

Would like a much smaller group- no more than 20. Would have like art museums included in Florence. Cookie was an incredible tour manager. Very knowledgeable and really imparted her knowledge.

Tour manager did an excellent job reviewing the history of areas we were visiting. Especially touched by see ing the American WWII cemetery outside of Lucca. Florence was a super packed day. Would Collette consider make it a two day visit. Almost too physical of a day for some travelers. Keep up the gelato stops! Super delicious!!
