Reviews of our Hungary Tours for March
Feedback from guests who toured Hungary during March.
The whole duration of the tour was awesome. Our tour guide, Renee and Mario were excellent. Another under trainee guide, Mr.Javier did extra mile on us during our tour. Tour Guidea - Excellent Hotels - Very good esp. the Novotel tourist destinations - very good except which I would like to point out is the Village of Grinzing in Vienna. Let me share to you our experience. We arrived in that place at about 6:30pm. We, the english speakers were briefed by Mario, our tour guide and the spanish speakers went straight to the only open Restaurant in that place. The area is dark, nowhere to roam around Most restaurants are close except one that the spanish speakers went in. We followed going inside but there were no more tables, waitresses were very busy that they had no time to answer our queries. Eventually, we left the area with the group for Vienna Concierto with no dinner taken. Should we knew the situation, we should have stayed in the hotel, but as per advised of Mario, our tour guide that we have to go with the group because the bus will go straight to the Vienna Opera House. My opinion, maybe another substitute for Grinzing Village. It was a disaster for us Mario was great but I understand he has to follow the schedule. Attractions planners of Europamundo please look into this.
The tour was a very nice and easy way to explore a region I've always wanted to visit. The hotels were comfortable and well located. I loved Kinga's way of telling us the history and how it related to her own experiences growing up in the region.
Some places we feel very little time given which is not enough. Trip was good,, But lot of places , they just given very little time for visit that also including lunch,, In Innsbruck - very little time,,, Innsbruck nice place but fully waste bcoz of time consent. They want to make a count that they taken to Innsbruck, in Innsbruck they didn’t given time they taken kitbhuel almost in sunset time nothing they to see,,, actual stay as per itnery was kitzbhuel , but the stay was at salaburg, so Innsbruck kitzbhuel totally waste ,, just fill the itnery ,,Upto Zürich bus was good, Zürich to Innsbruck bus was ok,, after Innsbruck bus not good .
Europamundo needs to be more accessible to queries from customers. We received NO information at all at our starting hotel in Prague, and this was our first ever bus tour so the experience was not favourable. We had to contact the head office to enquire about what was happening on our first night the person we spoke with did not contact us back as promised…..We happened to be in the hotel foyer at 5pm when the whole Spanish bus guests arrived with the guide this was the way we found out what was happening on the tour definitely not the way we wanted to experience our first bus tourWe felt it was not well organised at the start but was okay the next few days
