Itinerary
Journey from Seoul to Busan on this 10-day escorted tour. Begin with extensive sightseeing in the South Korean capital, including traditional highlights such as Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village. Learn about K-Pop and record a music video, take a street food tour of Gwangjang Market and enjoy views over Seoul from Namsan Mountain. Visit the DMZ to peek into North Korea and meet a North Korean defector, stay at a traditional Buddhist temple and spend a night at a traditional Hanok guesthouse in Jeonju. Explore the UNESCO-listed sites of Gyeongju and end in Busan with a ride on the Songdo cable car and karaoke.

Welcome to South Korea! Your Korean adventure begins at our hostel located in the lively centre of Myeongdong, Seoul's renowned shopping district. Make your own way here and check in before we gather with the rest of the group for an orientation. We then head out for our first Korean meal, with an included welcome dinner. After dinner, we'll head to the top of Namsan Mountain to enjoy stunning nighttime views of the city's lights.
Please note: This tour stays in a mixture of hotels and hostels and is designed for younger travellers looking for a backpacker-style experience and to meet like-minded people. The average age on this tour is around 21 - 35, and we are unfortunately unable to take any travellers over the age of 59.
