It was an amazing life time experience. Lots of adventure and fun trip. Visited most beautiful location with experience tour guide. Vanezza did an excellent work in organizing and managing the whole trip with great care.

This is my third trip with this travel specialist and I can honestly say that Gema has been my favourite guide that I have ever had. She was the highlight of the trip and her kindness, enthusiasm, willingness to go above and beyond and efficiency shone through. She is a true asset to the agency and anyone who is on a tour with her is truly very lucky! There was a point where I didn’t feel very well at all but as soon as I confided in Gema, her reassurance and helpful tips and offer to take me to the medical centre immediately made me feel at ease! Luckily I got better without any medical intervention but I massively appreciated her care and concern in that moment. Her recommendations outside of the itinerary (eg. Food spots etc) were amazing too! Thank you Gema!

The tour planning and the tour guide Vanezza made the recent trip magical. The Philippines was amazing and our local guide really helped us understand the culture and also helped us enjoy the trip even more! I can’t express enough how much Vanezza improved the trip experience!

Me and my boyfriend have just come off of the most amazing tour with this travel specialist, we did the Philippines west tour and are now exploring some more of the philippines on our own and dearly missing the friends we made and the tour guide (Carmen<3) being in charge of organising everything because that is hard stuff as we are now finding out haha. We honestly had the best time ever and can’t wait to do another trip with them!

This trip is a fun filled trip allowing for lots of memories to be created. It’s been a trip of a lifetime.

I felt incredibly welcomed, everybody was incredibly nice with each of there own quirks to the individual. We got to do so many activities and it made the days go so quick, I wish we had more hours in the day! Chris our tour guide was so down to earth and such a genuine guy I wouldn’t have wished for a better guy to show me around the Philippines! Hopefully the rest of the guys who are here for the rest of the trip have as good as an experience as I did and have a safe return home when they leave. Personally 10/10 experience and thank you! I had the most amazing 10 days on this tour. I have travelled alone before but using this tour meant so many things were looked after for you and you can relax and enjoy yourself - especially as Philippines its such a mission getting around everywhere. The itinerary, accommodation everything was so good. Our guide Justin made my trip amazing too - he went above and beyond to help me out the whole time including giving me loads of tips for onwards travel. Amazing guide and tour!

Dom was a professional, personal, non rushed, down to earth guide. 100% made the tour much better. The other guides were helpful and provided additional information; which was perfect. How could you make it better? Better accommodation, but then again it is a backpacker experience, so hostels and castaways were ideal. Please could also tell us about the plentiful night stars at castaways, so nice and beautiful, a nice addition and pleasant surprise of the trip.

Dom was a really good tour guide, the days were really busy and he handled it all really well. He was very professional and friendly. Would of enjoyed more information on history and culture- perhaps having a local guide alongside would be good for this.

Dom was an excellent tour guide and always kept us in order. Places we stayed in were good and the island hopping and areas we visited were great. Views for daysssss. Castaways was awesome especially meeting the the local people. However the mini van drives between Puerto Princessa, Port Barton and El Nido were not so good. Roads bumpy and going fast, making me nauseous. Me and Dom asked drivers to go a bit slower but they didn’t. Not bad thing per say but maybe a little more info on local culture and history would make the experience more fulfilling.

Great tour, Dom was very energetic and always helpful. He made everyone feel welcome. Castaways was a great experience however could have used more activities ie beach volleyball. Nacpan beach was beautiful but too much time there, would have preferred more free time in El Nido. Thanks for giving us your all Dom, wish you the best, you rock!!

Had a great time in the Philippines, I feel like I have seen so many amazing places plus really got a feeling for the Philippines. The group we had was great and I thoroughly enjoyed everywhere we went. Dom recommended all good places to go in our free time which was great. Castaways experience was great but I feel it could have been slightly better organised. We were told we couldn’t bring our own drinks but we turned up and they run out of sprite after the first night.

I thoroughly enjoyed my trip with the tour operator. I came with little to no expectations but was pleasantly surprised. We did and saw lots in the 10 day period and everything ran smoothly. Dom made sure everyone had fun whilst seeing/doing as much as possible. I’d highly recommend this tour to friends. Only criticism would be supplied on the castaways - ran out of alcohol and soft drink on second day - annoying. Also deposits for towel and snorkel was fairly difficult to get back after castaways.

Overall a very nice tour, good value for money, considering it’s hard to organise anything in the Philippines. Maybe too much emphasis on fun - drinking, partying etc. Not enough on more informative aspects of a classical organised tour but seems to be part of the whole concept of the company as such

Overall I really enjoyed my tour of the Philippines West. We saw amazing places and had such a good tour group. Everywhere in the Philippines is beautiful and I feel the tour showed us all there was to see. Dom was a fav team leader who made sure everyone got what they wanted out of the trip. I would 100% recommend this tour and Dom as a tour guide to my friends. My favourite day of the trip was island hopping in El Nido, as well as the lunch spot when we went to Island Hopping in Port Barton. I already want to come back to the Philippines. The only negative of the trip is that it is advertised as 10 days however the trip is more Like 8.

Overall the Philippines West has been an incredible experience and have thoroughly enjoyed each moment. Our tour guide Dom made us all feel so welcome and brought good energy all the time to ensure we were all safe and enjoying our time I found the castaways experience did not provide much in terms of value for money, there could of been more activities for us throughout our time, they also ran out of drinks. Loved my experience in particular Port Barton and El Nido.

The tour was really wonderful - destinations and itinerary was great! Castaways experience was a once in a lifetime experience. Really impressed with the tour operator's community upliftment efforts and the itinerary is not just about seeing beautiful places but also providing an authentic experience and giving back. I would suggest having a local guide on some parts of the tour to provide more historic content and context. This could also add to upliftment of the locals in teaching a skill and creating job opportunities Overall a great experience thank you

Wow where do I start? Fretchie T, that girl is a vibe! If you get her as your tour leader you are in for a great time. As a local she knows the best spots to eat & party! Would come back just for her to be honest. I really liked the different modes of transport on this trip which include flights, ferries, tricycle, vans and boat. Also really enjoyed the different types of accomodation. We stayed in hotels, hostels and of course a little beach shack for the Castaway Experience in which we stayed with a local indigenous tribe on a remote island with no fresh water or electricity. It was a very humbling experience and really opened my eyes to how others live. The islands were absolutely stunning, we got to snorkel, paddle board and kayak through stunning coral reefs and Gatorade blue waters. The zip line from one island to another was an incredible experience for a thrill seeker. Overall this tour was incredible, I only wish I had done the full island hopper tour. You will meet some incredible people. You honestly will not regret booking this tour. What are you waiting for?

I’ve travelled extensively and initially was hesitant about joining a group tour because I’ve grown accustom to individualising my own adventures. Although, I have to say my experience with Fretchie and the tour operator was 110% worth it. She is without a doubt the best tour guide I have had the pleasure of travelling with. I credit our groups unity from day 1 to Fretchie’s extensive knowledge of The Philippines, enthusiasm for inclusivity and fun and easy going nature. My experience with the operator was a balance of chill, adventure, partying and fun and wouldn’t have been what it was without all the tips and tricks Fretchie was able to provide us along the way. I loved the island hopping, snorkelling and ease of pre-arranged accomodation and transportation. Castaway was also a highlight. Such a surreal experience having the opportunity to stay at what felt like our own little island paradise and learn about the unique culture there. I continued my travels solo in The Philippines after the tour and it was with Fretchie’s help that I was able to see and do as much as I could in such a short time frame. I know I’ve made friends for life from this tour and will definitely return to The Philippines

Ang was absolutely wonderful. She made us all feel so comfortable from day 1 and was an absolutely amazing group leader. This was my first solo trip and it was life changing. I’m extremely blessed for the amazing group of people I met and we all became such a big family. This trip was so perfect I have nothing bad to say. The Castaways was my favorite and I’m so happy with my experience !!
