Craving the stunning wilds of South America? This 11-day Patagonian Adventure tour invites you to discover Argentina’s most awe-inspiring natural sights. Begin in Buenos Aires, delving into vibrant neighborhoods like Plaza de Mayo and La Boca, before flying to Bariloche for panoramic lake and mountain views from Campanario Hill. The journey continues to El Calafate, where the legendary Perito Moreno Glacier and Los Glaciares National Park await—complete with a scenic boat ride around the glacier. Your exploration culminates at Iguazú National Park, home to the majestic waterfalls considered one of the Seven Modern Wonders of the Natural World. Marvel at the Devil’s Viewpoint before returning to Buenos Aires. Crafted for experienced travelers seeking a moderately active trip, this group tour combines comfort, expert guidance, and dramatic scenery. The chance to encounter both glaciers and thundering falls in one seamless trip is its defining feature.

day 1 - Buenos Aires (arrival)

Welcome to Argentina! Upon arrival at Buenos Aires International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, we make a panoramic tour of the city. We start in Plaza de Mayo, witness of the most important events of the country since 1810. There, we are able to appreciate the surrounding buildings like the `Pink House` (Government house), the Cathedral and Town Hall. We continue towards La Boca to walk along the famous Caminito alley and its colourful “conventillos”. We leave the southern area of the city to head north towards Palermo and Recoleta, where we make a final stop to appreciate the contrast of what we have seen with this aristocratic district, famous for its cemetery where relevant personalities are buried. Return to the hotel. In the evening, we attend a tango lesson followed by dinner show where you will enjoy the magnetism of tango.

day 2 - Buenos Aires

Discover the charm of this extraordinary city at your own pace. If you do not take an optional tour, we recommend you visit the Puerto Madero waterfront and La Boca district to get a full picture of the city.

Take a break from the capital and gain insight into traditional ranch life on a day tour to Santa Susana Ranch. Avoid hidden costs with empanadas, asado lunch, and a horseback or carriage ride included, and benefit from free time to explore the estancia at your own pace. See gaucho-style performances, as well as a traditional dancing, then relax after a busy day with return transfer to your Buenos Aires hotel.

Get to know Argentina beyond Buenos Aires with this half-day tour. Travel outside the city by bus and climb aboard a boat at Tigre Port for a scenic sail along the river and its canals. Hear stories about the history and wildlife of the area from your guide. Transfers from a meeting point in Buenos Aires are included.

This tour offers the perfect balance between driving and light walking, allowing you to get a great overview of Buenos Aires’ most iconic areas and districts in just half a day. You’ll have the opportunity to get off the vehicle and explore key locations such as Plaza de Mayo and La Boca neighborhood. SMALL GROUP TOUR (maximum 14 people).

day 3 - Buenos Aires – Bariloche (by Flight)

Today, at the arranged time, you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight to Bariloche*. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, depart from the hotel bordering Nahuel Huapi Lake, passing by Bonita Beach and Campanario Hill. We take the chair lift, which leads us to the top (1.050 MASL-3.444 ft.), from where we are able to admire one of the most beautiful and fascinating landscapes of this region. We gaze at Nahuel Huapi and Perito Moreno Lakes, Trébol Lagoon,San Pedro and Llao Llao Peninsulas, Victoria Island; Otto, Lopez, Goye and Cathedral Hills, as well as the city of Bariloche. We continue and pass through Llao Llao Peninsula, SanEduardo Chapel and Pañuelo Port. Further on, we arrive to the panoramic point, a natural balcony from where it is possible to admire Moreno Lake and Llao Llao Peninsula. At theend, return to the city.

day 4 - Bariloche

Enjoy a full day at leisure to enjoy the views of this wonderful place or join one of the optional tours.

Optional: San Martin De Los Andes & 7 Lakes Route
The start of this excursion is along National Route 40 heading northwest, bordering Lake Nahuel Huapi to Villa La Angostura. You will begin the Route of the Seven Lakes where you will appreciate the Patagonian Andean forest, its mountains and its lakes. This route is characterized by its curves and surrounding natural beauty. Along the way, you come across lakes Espejo, Correntoso, Escondido, Villarino, Falkner, Machónico and Lácar. The latter is located on the shores of the city of San Martín de los Andes, where you will have time to tour the center, have lunch and rest enjoying the view. SIB tour includes Spanish/English guide. Daily departures from Downtown hotels. Pick-up 8.00 AM / Drop-off 7.00 PM. Private tour includes: English, German, Italian, French and Portuguese guide.

day 5 - Bariloche – El Calafate (by Flight)

Today, at the arranged time, you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight to El Calafate. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. We recommend you visit the Glaciarium, a museum dedicated to glaciology that will help you understand the magnificence of the glaciers that you will discover during your stay or attend a gastronomic experience.

day 6 - El Calafate

Prepare to visit one of the most impressive natural landscapes in the world with a tour to the Perito Moreno Glacier, located in Los Glaciares National Park and declared a World Heritage Site. During the tour, you will walk along the footbridges in front of the glacier to admire this impressive natural wonder from various viewpoints. Head on a scenic boat ride that will help you admire the glacier from water level. You will have some free time to enjoy lunch in the area (lunch not included) before returning to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

day 7 - El Calafate

Enjoy a full day at leisure. We recommend you visit El Chalten, Torres del Paine or sail through the Argentino Lake.

Optional: Mayo Spirit Trek
The glaciers of Cerro Mayo and Cerro Negro are located within Seno Mayo of Lago Argentino and Los Glaciares National Park. The only way to access them is by lake. Starting from Puerto Argentino or Puerto Moreno, we will navigate through the Canal de los Témpanos and enter the May Seno of Lake Argentino. We will disembark at Bahía Toro and, accompanied by a guide, we will make an interpretive walk through the Patagonian Andean Forest. We will stay for a while on the site, observing the Cerro Mayo and the Cerro Blanco, and then we will return to the boat that will take us to the north wall of the Perito Moreno Glacier. Once there we will disembark at the floating pier of Puerto Moreno, located at the foot of the catwalks, to give rise to the route of the same. At the end, according to the itinerary of each passenger, you will return to the city of El Calafate. 

Optional: Full Day In El Chalten
With El Calafate as a starting point, and accompanied by a professional guide from Los Glaciares National Park, we invite you to live an incredible day adventure in the mythical town of El Chaltén, recognized for its imposing summits and incredible rivers, lakes and forests. Packed with historical feats, El Chaltén promises to be an unforgettable adventure and is a must-see for every intrepid visitor to Patagonia. Simply choose which activity interests you most, and be the author of your own adventure. • Parador Hotel La Leona • Rafting Experience • Chorrillo del Salto • Lago del Desierto and Glaciar Vespignani • Mirador del Cerro and Chorrillo del Salto.

Departure time: 7 AM; Duration (approx.): 14 hours; Hotel pick up and drop off; Frequency: daily from October to April

Depart from El Calafate in an overland truck to visit the most characteristic landscapes of Torres del Paine National Park. Visit the Amarga Lagoon and Paine Waterfall, where you will have a boxed lunch while you admire Las Torres. Continue the tour to the Grande Waterfall, passing through various viewpoints as you approach the Cuernos Del Paine Viewpoint. The last stop will be at the Pehoe Lake Viewpoint from where you will see the amazing landscape of the Los Cuernos and Del Francés Valley, Pehoe Lake, and Nordenskjold Lake

Note that this tour is not suitable for pregnant women. The entrance fee to the park is to be paid locally.

day 8 - El Calafate – Iguazu (by Flight)

In the morning you will have free time to enjoy the views before you transfer to the airport to board your flight to Puerto Iguazu. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

day 9 - Iguazu

In the morning, you will go to Iguazú National Park to visit the Iguazú Falls, declared a Natural Heritage Site by UNESCO and one of the Seven Modern Wonders of the Natural World. During the tour, you will go through the three circuits of the Park: Garganta del Diablo (The Devil´s Throat) * — the most impressive observation point of the falls —, The Upper Trails, and The Lower Trails. After this visit, you will have free time for lunch (lunch not included) and to optionally take The Great Adventure. In the afternoon, you will return to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

*Access to Garganta del Diablo can be interrupted due to a rise in river flow

Overnight in Iguazu

day 10 - Iguazu – Buenos Aires (by Flight)

We will leave Puerto Iguazú to arrive at Foz do Iguaçu in Brasil and visit the Brazilian Side of the Falls, to be able to appreciate a different perspective of the waterfalls. Later, transfer to the airport for your flight to Buenos Aires. Arrive and transfer to the hotel.

day 11 - Buenos Aires – (departure)

After a leisurely breakfast, check out of your hotel in time. Transfer to the international airport for your flight back home.
