We were going to Patagonia last minute and had no time to plan. We used the Insight Guide service and they put us in touch with Constance at the operator who made us a custom itinerary and took care of all the bookings. We were slightly afraid that some things may not go as planned, but in the end everything turned out exactly as promised, all the schedules were kept, the tours were as described as was the accommodation. Constance was really nice and flexible during the planning process and provided great support during our trip. An excellent job, guys!

Hi Tina, We are well thank you and trust you are too. We certainly enjoyed our trip to Argentina and Chile, and would not hesitate to recommend you and your company. We choose this travel company due to its prompt feedback and attention to detail. Our favorite hotels were Gray Lago and Altos Ushuaia. Our favorite excursion was Tierra Del Fuego & Torres Del Paine. Scenery and expert guides. If I need to mention the best guides were Matheus @ Huellas der Sur & Joachim @ Canal fun. I had only two comments I would like to say: Mirador Del Lago Hotel rooms and linen were looking old. Altos Ushuaia Hotel was substandard for our level of travel. All the rest was great! Guides gave lots of information, in Spanish and English and full of humor!

We searched on internet and learned about this company. We decided to travel with you because the comments over the 6day trip Attacama-Uyuni were really good. I would say our highlight were the good guides who gave lots of information. We only stayed in e one hotel, the Don Tomas hotel in San Pedro. We had short excursions and one large: the three day 4wd to Uyuni. The El Tunio exursions was great. Early to get up but worth it. The 4wd tour was awesome with highlights and depths (the overnight stay in the refugee: 'basic' accommodation was an understatement). Although an experience, it took many hours to recover from it. I forgot the name of the guide to the El Tunio geysers - he was awesome (I believe he is an San Pedro artist). He gave lots of information, in Spanish and English and full of humor!
