It was a laid back but precise experience. The food provided was excellent and the accommodation was amazing. We would have liked to have spent a bit more time at Kings Canyon.
Planned 5 day trip was well guided by driver, Dave, who handled the break down of our bus very professionally. His commentary along the vast distances was very informative and relevant. We also saw the movie, ‘ Rabbit Proof Fence’ on the bus. The organisation of our visits, demonstrations, walks and immersion into the outback was well done and adaptable to the age group of the 22 passengers. Dave was positive, cheerful, helpful and enjoys his job. I was forever feeling overwhelmed by the size and magnitude of the landscapes we were seeing for the first time. Such beautiful colours!
The trip was fantastic. Great driver/leader, his knowledge was incredible and imparted so well. The experiences of walking in the ranges, the native food education great. Helicopter ride an experience. The coach was very comfortable and being a smaller group made it a better experience.
My trip to Kakadu on Thursday 7 th was good. Driver and guide were good. However being 14 hour day was to a bit much to bare. Details on trip were 6.30am pick up and return 6.00pm. Then to told by guide no return was at 8.00pm. Something needs to be corrected time of booking, As a 13 hour is over the top.
Jim, our bus driver was so knowledgeable about European and indigenous history and was able to deliver it in a clear and understandable manner. Bus had heaps of leg room and small bus tour with minimal numbers made it feel comfortable and personal.
