The booking porocess was easy, and customer service was responsive. I contacted 4 companies about the tour I was interested in. Two of the companies I contacted didn't answer me at all. One of them was basically a chatbot that said "do it yourself." Only bookmundi had human agents to help.

There were some gaps and disappointments in the trip, but thankfully, our guide Katarina was able to improve things.
1. for the introduction on the first evening, it would have been nice to have all of the guests have the information at one time, maybe with a glass of wine, so we could all meet each other before we boarded the boat the next day.
2. Unlike the 3 river cruses we've been on, there was zero security when the boat was in a port, nor was there a check in/check out system to ensure everyone was on board. When a few boats were stacked up at a port, there wasn't a crew member helping people move from one boat to another. A guest on the boat beside us broke her leg as the sea was rough one night.
3. On Day 4, because of the ferry's timing, we only had 15 minutes on St. Mary's Isle, would have been nice to have lunch at the restaurant there.
4. One Day 5, there was no mention of the Optional Experiences of Sea Kayaking or Game of Thrones film making tour.
5. On Day 6, no mention of any of the 3 Optional Experiences - Buggy Tour, Wine Tasting, or Traditional dinner. Thankfully our guide, Katarina organized two electric trams to take us to the top of the hill to see the beautiful views.
6. Day 7, Island of Brac - absolutely nothing there was open. Again, Katarina arranged for us to have a tour and demonstration at the stonemason's school, which was wonderful.
7. Day 8 - we arrived in marina by 1 pm, then waited until 5 to take a bus with another tour boat group into Trojir. We basically wasted 4 hours on the boat that we could have enjoyed in Trojir.
On a more positive note, our boat crew was wonderful, very attentive. The food on board was excellent and the overall atmosphere very enjoyable. Guide Katarina worked very hard to make everything work as best as possible.
