The booking porocess was easy, and customer service was responsive. I contacted 4 companies about the tour I was interested in. Two of the companies I contacted didn't answer me at all. One of them was basically a chatbot that said "do it yourself." Only bookmundi had human agents to help.

Itinerary
Experience an 11-day journey from Belgrade to Budva through some of the Balkans’ most fascinating cultural and natural landscapes. Begin in Serbia’s capital before travelling south to medieval monasteries, caves and historic Niš. Continue to Skopje, Prizren and Priština, with time to admire UNESCO-listed sites and lively old towns. Move through North Macedonia’s Matka Canyon and Lake Ohrid, then cross into Albania for Berat, Tirana and Krujë. Finish along Montenegro’s Adriatic coast, taking in Perast, Kotor and the atmospheric streets of Budva.
day 1Welcome to Belgrade
Once you have arrived in Belgrade, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. During the drive from Nikola Tesla Airport, you can enjoy the views of New Belgrade with its Socialist era architecture and modern business districts. After you check in, you have free time to relax and prepare for the journey ahead. In the evening, you can take a gentle walk through one of the oldest quarters to Skadarlija, the bohemian centre of the city. Its nineteenth century cobbled street is lined with traditional taverns where you can try local dishes and enjoy live music.
