Our guide Tung was fabulous and added great insights about the people and way of life in the Delta. We visited a number of great spots and lunches were delicious. Seeing the delta both by road and boat was fantastic and the hotels included were very nice

Initially we were wary of using an agency we didn't know. However, Phuong and her team exceeded our wildest expectations. Throughout the planning phase we were provided with accurate and helpful information. Together we decided on cities, domestic transport, hotels & activities. Phuong efficiently handled everything - and her recommendations were excellent. Our 15 day trip took us to Hoi An, Hue and Hanoi - incl. an overnight excursion to Ha Long bay. All hotels were fantastic, selected on their location or facilities, depending on whether we were relaxing or sight-seeing. We were even upgraded in Hanoi. We were in good hands throughout the trip. Vinh and Son were excellent guides. Particularly Vinh's knowledge of the area impressed us. It was luxurious and extremely pleasing to be looked after so well.

Everything was smooth - hotels were clean and well-located, transportation was on time, and guide was professional and enthusiastic. Loved the Northern Thailand Tour. Our tour guide Woody was excellent, a really lovely thoughtful and competent guide throughout the trip who went above and beyond. Drivers were also brilliant. Would have been nice to go to Chiang Rai, as some of the temples in Chiang Mai were rather touristy and busy. Would also be nice if the tour included some other things to do as there were alot of temple visits. Loved the bike riding, elephants, Death Valley Railway and museum as well as the Raft Stay and Home Stay.

The whole trip was very well organised and varied giving the group many different experiences. From cycling through paddy fields, making silk lanterns, eating Vietnamese tasting menus to seeing key sites in the cities. All facilitated by Thin our fantastic local guide who made the whole trip fun and informative.

The trip is a great introduction to Sri Lanka well organised with a packed varied and interesting itinerary. There was a good mix of activities (walking, rafting, cycling) varied transport (buses, boats, bikes, tuk tuk and a train as well as culture (temples, ancient cities, tea & cinnamon farms, markets, botanical gardens and beaches. There was still enough free time to explore on your own or use the pools/swim in the sea. The hotels were better than we expected, in good locations, most with lovely pools. The exception was Araliya Red in Nuwara Eliya which was a huge cold soulless barn of a place with the worst food and service of the holiday.

From incredible wildlife sightings to the majestic scenery of the Panorama route, Essential Kruger delivered magic at every turn. The tour leader was outstanding, the pacing was spot on, and I felt completely immersed in all the experiences from start to finish. An unforgettable safari tour with a few dashes of sightseeing. Vietnam was lovely, wished I had more time to chill. Tours were great but tiring given the weather. Next time, I will do the half a day tours & explore on my own. Also encourage you to take a food and coffee tour. The tour agency was wonderful. I felt safe as a solo traveller. Tipping is appreciated.

This was the trip of a lifetime. We fell in love with Porto the minute we set foot in the city.....and Gaia was also amazing. Each town we visited was delightful and we highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore Portugal by foot, by boat, and by car/coach. Simply amazing.
