The trails were very well marked and easy to hike on your own. There is a clear itinerary of where you should be each night. Do not bring food, as there is an excellent and ample breakfast, lunch and dinner provided. The showers were also decent and at all the camps on the W trek and had warm water. The sleeping bags and mats were warm enough, although I did go in December, so summer season. Transfers were seamless. We had to wait for the ferry to make a second trip at the end, so a one hour thirty minutes delay, and the buses waited on us to take us back to Puerto Natales. Having everything booked took the stress out of trying to get my own sites and transportation, and meals being provided saved a lot on weight. Overall, no complaints and a great trip!!

Our trip was wonderful! We had 3 different tour guides. The first gentleman in Seoul didn't answer questions as well as we had hoped and it was somewhat difficult to understand him. The other two were excellent-especially Andy Park. We learned about the culture, the food, customs, religions, and saw the beauty of the country. We especially enjoyed the DMZ tour (very sobering) and Jeju Island.

Our family of 5 adults recently went to Italy on a 9 day trip to Venice, Rome and Sorrento(Amalfi Coast) with private tours, fast train travel, door to door drivers, and great accommodations; which was all set up by Michael. Michael was very responsive to my communications, very helpful with trip suggestions to make the trip better, and just overall a great travel planner! I was nervous at first, because I have never completely booked a vacation online without ever meeting the travel planner, but it all worked out great! We were completely happy with everything about our trip, and will definitely reach out to Michael again when we travel to Italy! There were a couple of small issues that arose over the duration of the trip, but they were handled quickly and without further problem to us. So all was good. Our private tour guides in Rome, Ornella; and Roberta in Pompeii were incredible. Our Venice tour guide, Cynthia, was awesome too, she did a great job! We did a full day 8 hr tour in Rome of the Colosseum and Vatican, and I would recommend splitting that to two half days if you have the time. It was awesome, but a bit much for one day!! Also, we had a full day Amalfi Coast tour by van, with great driver Antonio, which was supposed to go to Positano, Amalfi, & Ravello, but because the traffic is so bad on the roads, there wasn't time to make it to Ravello. So, I recommend either going by boat, which we hear is faster, or allow more time if you want to see all three villages. Again, a great trip for the memory books! Thank you MIchael and all of the local operators who worked to make our trip such a success!!

Recommend this tour. Mini van with a driver and tour guide. The guide was so informative, a really lovely lady. Driver was on the ball - it was a couple of days into the trip he revealed he could understand english.

I recently completed a 5-day Ha Giang Loop tour, and it was hands down one of the most unforgettable experiences of my travels in Vietnam. Wow to Turkey. So many things to say. Stunning landscapes, amazing cities, beautiful beaches, delicious meals and soooo much incredible history. Everything is also very affordable even with the very low Australian dollar right now. Best of all is the people, they are all full of personality, jokes and kindness. As a solo female traveler, no one hassled me (although I'm in my 50's) and I never felt unsafe at any time.

Well organised. Some hotels and meals were hit and miss, but overall excellent. The guide, driver, choice of activities. I must say though, the Anzac visit could be eliminated. The highlight was the optional balloon rides in the two locations. The group composed mainly of mature individuals and we all got on very well. The tour is highly recommended and hats off to Levent with his extensive knowledge.

We have just completed an amazing Highlights Tour of Turkey. Our Tour included the most iconic of sights, landscapes, ancient history and culture. We were blessed with an amazing Tour Guide, Aykut. Aykut was extremely knowledgeable, informative and jovial. He was a great Communicator and enriched our experience of Turkey, creating many memorable moments we will never forget. Aykut is a great ambassador for his beautiful country. The optional tours only enhanced our overall experience. Special mention to our Bus Driver, Rifat. 1) The pace was nice with plenty of time to do things on your own however, it would be nice if Insight identified local opportunities in advance so we could evaluate and make reservations. As it was, there were 2 places we would have really like to see but they were unavailable once we discovered them. How about a simple list of places to consider such as Belvedere Mansion or Budapest Government House or Klimt Museum for Mucha Museum or the “Most beautiful library in the world”. Places you know fit within the itinerary and hotel locations, not just a link to TripAdvisor. 2) There were people on the tour who couldn’t handle the cobblestones and hills. You need to find a way to move them more efficiently rather than hold up the entire group.

Very hectic, covered too many venues, with a time limit at each place, Definitely not a tour for older people. Tour director and driver were kind and considerate, listening and helpful constantly, Food was not always the best at the set menu restaurants, eg paella with only choice of chicken or rabbit, Flamenco boring, story hard to understand and too long Hotels all excellent with generous breakfast selections and service

I had never been to continental Europe before and only had a week to spare so wanted to see as much as I could in that time without being so rushed that I didn't have time to experience things properly. I chose the European Traveller tour because it went to 5 cities with two nights spent in both Paris and Rome for a bit of a break from travelling between cities. The tour was even better than I was expecting. The itinerary was really well planned with a lot of sights and sites covered over the course of the tour, and the guided walks by the local specialists and the visits to artisan shops were very good. Our travel director Pete also provided excellent commentary on both the bus trips and the walks on everything from history to art to culture and more which really enhanced the tour. There were also opportunities to spend a few hours on your own in some places doing your own thing which was nice. The optional experiences were all fabulous and I would totally recommend doing as many of them as you can. The choice of cities visited was perfect for me as an introduction to some of the most well-known cities in Europe in Paris, Venice, Florence, and Rome, and although not so well-known, Lucerne was beautiful. In order to cover so much ground there was quite a bit of driving but I enjoyed this as well, as the countryside we drove through was beautiful and it was exciting going through all the tunnels in the alps. Our driver was very good and the bus was very comfortable with good visibility from all seats. The hotels were all of a good quality and most nights our luggage was delivered to and from our rooms and loaded on and off the bus for us. We had a really good group of people on my tour who all got on well and had great senses of humour. Pete was a very well organised travel director who made each day run seamlessly. I would thoroughly recommend the European Traveller tour to people who haven't been to Europe before and are short on time.

It was a pleasure to have a more low-key and relaxing sail in Greece. The crew looked after us really well, and the standout was our Tour Leader, Nikos. He made the experience all the more better with his great conversation, support for everyone and his warm hospitality. He went out of his way to ensure we were all looked after and most importantly safe. The food onboard was delicious and ensured we didnt go hungry. The cooking class with Katerina was a highlight, highly recommend! Only feedback I have is that the itinerary of the trip on the Top Deck website/app doesn't match the actual itinerary of the trip, which caused some confusion but other than that it was an enjoyable week!

The whole trip was amazing - everything was organised down to the minuite which was a nice relief to take the pressure off planning and organising for a few weeks. The included activities were amazing, and the optional extras were well worth the money. (please note lots require you to pay in cash so bring lots of that with you.) it’s a great taste for so many different countries across Europe and gives you ideas of where you might want to go back to explore more in the future. My trip leader Dylan was fun, understanding, knowledgeable and caring. He was able to further explain information when requested, and passed on his personal experiences when he had them of his own.

Had an absolute blast during my visit in late February. Although prior to travelling everyone kept telling me you’re travelling in the wrong season nonetheless Berkana and Ana were off tremendous help ensuring I got to see Albania outside of the capital. Working their magic and working out routes that are supposingly closed due to tourist low season. I was fortune enough to have Ana as tour guide throughout my 4 tours with them hands down the best tour guide I have ever came across throughout my long travels. She’s very informative, outgoing and extremely patriotic so you could easily spot how passionate she is with what she loves doing. I was honestly out spending some good quality time with a close friend♥️ she’s also extremely multitalented videographer, photographer, and if you’re lucky enough she might bust out some of her phenomenal passion to dance moves😉 a 100% will be back in the summer to explore more and definitely with them. Words can’t express how thankfully I am🙏🏻
