Happy and satisfied with our experience with Europamundo and the tour guides were very pleasant. Only thing we can complain about is that some sites included in the itinerary were closed during the 31-Dec and 01-Jan, there was no equivalent alternative sites offered.
Overall the trip was good however the Hotels at certain places ADONIS EXCELLIOR GRAND GENEVE was not of standard quality. We were very disappointed with the night stay at FELDKIRCH. There was NO reason to make passengers stay in such a BORING place There is Nothing to do there besides we dropped at 5PM here so entire evening was a waste....there was no net connection at Hotel HOTEL CENTRAL LOWEN even after paying for it....all shops etc closed so basically a total waste of money and time Instead you can give more time in Lucerne where people can enjoy nightlife or evening time...suggest you to remove Feldkirch stay and give night stay at some more entertaining place. Also You should have offered the boat trip at Rhine falls .....we missed it Certain places the time given was too much to explore a small town....our tour guide Ms Maria was AMAZING...she was very caring and gave timely information to us at all places. We would recommend to educate guests more on the available restaurants near the Hotels you choose as we clients find it difficult to walk and explore options after a long day....if you give few restaurant names close to Hotel it will be of help Again overall a good experience however small improvements required on planning Hotels and routing. The hotel in Barcelona, Frontair Congress, was a very bad hotel. Hotel staff were rude. The room was dirty. The hotel in Lyon, Campanille, was also dirty and small. The breakfast was bad. Basic spoon, fork and plate were not available.
As for the guides, we were very happy with Abdel, Spain guide, and Diego Bueno, our Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lucerne guide. Both of them were empathetic on our needs. Their English was good. We understood them the entire time. Angeles, our guide in France, was nice but we barely understood her English.
Over-all, we were very happy with the Novotel hotels we stayed in, both in Madrid and Paris.
We bought the Paris airport transfer service. The customer checklist stated to look for Europamundo placard. When we arrived, we were unable to locate the driver with the placard. The hotline also told us to look for the placard. In fact, the driver was using his phone to display my name, no placard. Next time, please state either Europamundo sign or passenger name.

The Roma Hotel in Lisbon hotel staff Fernando Leite was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was the only person waiting for service on 11 Nov, and he did not serve me, and not even greeted me for about 10 min. When my wife Ann went to ask the other staff in the room, he loudly scolded my wife. Then Fernando claimed the room was not readyand later I find out that it has, and eventually the other staff in the room checked us in.
Its very good in all arrangements, punctuality, room accommodation, the guides etc. Very professional.
Area of improvement: it will be appreciated if the trips are planned so that the stops in the city is close to facilities for senior citizens to sit down and relax, who are not capable or interested in shopping and strolling time. Having to wait for 3 to 4 hours during this time without getting a place to sit is tiring.
