An amazing and unforgettable experience exploring the breathtaking South Island with an awesome group of people. This was my first Contiki and international solo travel and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The trip was absolutely amazing!! We had an amazing trip Manager and bus driver! The group on the contiki was the best and I definitely made some life long friends!! The trip was pure enjoyment and I couldn't fault it.

This tour is a great way to see the major sights in New Zealand. Many optional activities offer for an additional price which you can choose to participate in or not. Our tour guide George, made the trip very memorable. He loves his country and his enthusiasm was contagious. Our group started as strangers and left as friends.

Great trip. The guide was great, the driver did a great job and the people themselves were friendly and accommodating. The first picture below is with the guide Chantzee after we walked up "the steepest street in the world" in Dunedin, Baldwin street, the second is of Milford Sound.

The tour was precisely organised. Customers comfort being paramount. Our tour leader, Isobel, was a mine of information. She was never ‘in your face’ but there to give facts and history of the lovely islands that are New Zealand. Pete was our driver. He was excellent. The perfect foil for Isobel. Only one trip out in Queenstown we thought was misrepresented. The barbecue at the farm. We were looking forward to the beautiful boat ride across the lake, but not in the company of 280 other people! Had we have known we would not have gone.
