This was my first G adventure tour so I have nothing to compare to but I can’t think of anything that was not very professionally done. Zuhair was an excellent CEO, Very knowledgeable and competent, it was a pleasure to travel with him and the group!

Petra was definitely our highlight! It really wowed us. The Wadi Rum desert was also a truly unique and amazing experience. We also enjoyed Jerusalem for its beauty and historically rich culture. The rest of the Israel tour was kind of a whirlwind sampler, but gave us additional overview of what the country has to offer. Having the Dead Sea day in-between the Jordan tour and the Israel tour was welcome chill time to recharge and experience the rejuvenating effects of the Dead Sea water and mud!
Excellent trip. Great balance between cycling and sightseeing. Tour leader couldn't be better - great English, very knowledgeable about the culture and history / archaeology - and supported by an excellent team. Jordan is such an amazing country, and seems entirely safe from the nearby conflict in Gaza.
Jordan has been on my bucket list for a long time and this trip ticked all my boxes! It was eye-opening as we visited all the UNESCO sites of Jordan and visiting the castles, church ruins and learning about the influence from the Bronze Age, Roman, Byzantine and Umayya. The preserved Mosaics were a highlight too! Despite what is going on in neighbouring countries, we felt very safe. Sadly, due to the ongoing conflict is having an impact on tourism and locals, so the Jordanians needs us more than ever! This did mean we had most of the sites to ourselves such as the baptism site & the Treasury!
We stayed at Mujib Chalet which meant we were away from the big hotels and was able to enjoy the Dead Sea for ourselves, and it was only a few mins walk from our chalet. The sunset here was magical! The food were delicious, everyone was catered for (veggies and meat), the humous was the best we ever tried! We also visited during the harvest of olives (happens from late Oct- early Dec) so be prepared to get fresh olives wherever you go :)

This is a fabulous way to get to know the history and culture of Jordan. The hikes helped us feel grounded in the spectacular landscapes we visited and gave us some precious opportunities to meet local people. This tour commences in Amman, Jordan's vibrant capital. Upon arrival and after settling into your hotel, your exploration begins with a visit to Jerash, renowned for its extensive and well-preserved Roman architectural splendours. You will then return to Amman to delve into the city's rich past, visiting landmarks such as the Citadel and the historic Roman Theatre, before immersing yourself in the local culture with a street food tasting in Downtown Amman. The evening offers an engaging visit to the Wild Jordan Centre, providing insight into the country's conservation initiatives.
Next, your journey takes you along the picturesque King's Highway towards the legendary city of Petra. This leg of the trip includes several fascinating stops: Madaba, where you'll discover the famous 6th-century Byzantine mosaic map; Mount Nebo, offering breathtaking panoramic views over the Jordan Valley; and the imposing Crusader-era Shobak Castle. Once in Petra, the evening is yours to enjoy, with possibilities such as the atmospheric Petra by Candlelight experience or a hands-on lesson in Jordanian cuisine. An entire day is then devoted to uncovering the secrets of the ancient Nabataean city of Petra. A guided tour will lead you through the narrow Siq to the awe-inspiring Treasury, after which you'll have ample free time to discover other marvels, like the impressive Monastery. Following this immersive experience, you'll travel to the spectacular desert landscapes of Wadi Rum for an unforgettable overnight stay in a traditional Bedouin camp, enjoying a customary dinner beneath the stars. Optional activities here include camel rides or an astronomy session.
The adventure continues with an exhilarating jeep safari through the stunning desert terrain of Wadi Rum. Afterwards, you'll journey north to the Dead Sea, one of the world's most extraordinary natural and spiritual sites.
