There was so much walking and bus riding. We had unruly passengers on the bus that didnt listen to the tour guides. Tour guides were fantastic and patient
It was a wonderful introduction to Europe. It was fast paced, but very organised by our experienced travel director . Everyone onboard had a great time. Thoroughly recommend 👌

Great Itinerary which covered every touristy thing we wanted to do and *Personal details removed by Feefo* tried his best to accomodate any "must sees" the group had in mind.
Perfect coach which was kept clean (inside and out). We felt safe throughout the drive by *Personal details removed by Feefo* .
Hotels were far from anything, and getting around just became an extra expense. The Hotel Il Burchiello Oriago really needs to be re-considered as an option. It was awfully small, outdated and just not a great experience, especially as the first stop into Italy.
Wish the group dynamics could be better - maybe a "break the ice" drinks meet on the first night could have helped and made conversations more enjoyable.

Please inform tour guide to inform hotel reception on next day plan, most places they are, but we almost missed first day bus since there were no instructions on start time next day in Barcelona.
The Travel Agency was slow to supply us information regarding itinerary details. Eventually, at our request, they sent us the link to My trip,
which was excellent. We were not aware we could link various tours.Next time, we will choose tours with an itinerary which include more two night stopovers.
We bought the Paris airport transfer service. The customer checklist stated to look for Europamundo placard. When we arrived, we were unable to locate the driver with the placard. The hotline also told us to look for the placard. In fact, the driver was using his phone to display my name, no placard. Next time, please state either Europamundo sign or passenger name.
Where did The Beatles, Harry Potter, Peter Rabbit and Doctor Who originate? The UK of course! Hectic schedule but good. It was a good pace because you see a lot of different tourist attractions, walk around and then have a chance to sit on the bus for a bit to rest. Overall it was a good schedule.
